Hilton Grand Vacations Club at Hilton Hawaiian Village

Fue un viaje en familia y nos hospedamos en lagoon tower, el tamaño de la habitación espectacular, con cocina equipada, sala, 2 televisores, a unos pasos de la playa y albercas, personal súper amable, restaurantes deliciosos, muy cerca de una avenida llena de boutiques y restaurantes fuera del hotel y dentro de el, muchas opciones deliciosas de comida, desde nuestra habitación pudimos ver los fuegos pirotécnicos de los viernes

The pool in our building closes at 6pm. There are other pools around but its a long walk to each and those close by 9pm.

Staff was great, unfortunately, our room had a foul sewage smell coming from the vent in our room. We also could smell that same smell on the entire 3rd floor.

Buyer beware: “OCEAN VIEW” IS MORE LIKE CITY VIEW. I had a two bdrm. If you get assigned a room on the right side of the Lagoon Tower away from the Diamond Head, you basically have a high chance of getting shafted like I did. These rooms are categorized as Ocean View by the hotel says the staff but view the adjacent hotel and a small percentage of the harbor. To see partial ocean you have to stand out on your balcony. Other issues: Colder in room than outside but heater doesn’t work. Mattress has a dip. Express checkout says they will email you statement but did not so I have to contact hotel again. Staff is courteous and have no control over these issues but I have to let others know about this before booking. Taper your expectations when booking this.
