I stayed with my kids 9 & 6yo and my brother, his wife, and baby. Perfect layout for our two small groups, two living areas allowed us to separate the older kids from the baby at nap times and still enjoy the house. Nice kitchen with all the things we need to cook meals. Two car garage made parking easy. Lots of beach towels and my kids enjoyed the boogie board. Very nice comfortable home!

This was a great all around property. The proximity to the bay was awesome and very close to restaurants on 2nd st. We loved the house and being able to walk a few steps to get to the sand. This property was the most well stocked property I’ve ever rented. Thanks for a great week.

This was the best VBRO I have stayed at. It was located feet away from the bay and the ocean was a block away. Carmen was easy to communicate with and very accommodating. This rental has everything you would need for the beach. Can’t wait to stay here again!

What a surprise this home was — a gorgeous and well-appointed property that was perfect for our 6 family members, ranging from elderly to 9! Loved the living spaces, amazing kitchen, and the two car garage for safe parking. Thank you for the thoughtful beach chairs and toys — so glad the house had these for use. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a quiet stay while visiting the LA or Orange County area. Thanks, Carmen! We’ll see you again.

This was an exceptional rental with all the amenities needed for a "beach" stay. Location was perfect--Bay on one side and Ocean on the other. The three bedroom with three bath was perfect. Two car garage was filled with everything needed for a beach stay--chairs, towels, beach supplies.. But most of all the home was impeccable and clean--Hosts responded within minutes. Perfect STAY!!

Thank you, Carmen! The property had absolutely everything we needed and is so well appointed with everything from plenty of TP, to chairs for the beach, to cooking oil and spices, to ice, to Q-tips! The attention to detail was incredible! My women friends and I (all CSULB alums) had a lovely, quiet, and nourishing time.

Property is in a great location. Owner was very responsive. The parking is awesome especially in a location that can be challenging. The living space and rooms were great. Appliances and amenities were very nice. Would stay again. Our kids had a great time. We sat on the bay each day, less than a block away.

We loved this house and location. It was perfect! It lived up to the photos and even more. We travel a ton and it’s one of the best houses we’ve stayed in. It’s clean and spacious and peaceful. Management is on it immediately too if you need anything. We will stay again for sure!

Our stay was easy and enjoyable from check in to check out. The home was exceptionally clean and comfortable for our family. The location is ideal and convenient for outings around Long Beach and Naples as well as the greater surrounding areas and attractions. Carmen was an excellent host that communicated all necessary details with us pleasantly and timely. We felt very safe in the home and the neighborhood, enjoyed the layout of the home and slept quite well in the beds. We would definitely choose this property again.

Carmen is a great host and quick to respond. The property itself is immaculate and has everything you could ever need! I stayed here for my wedding and the closet was not only equipped with a bunch of hangers and an iron + ironing board, but a steamer and lint roller as well - it really is the little things. There was also a luggage rack and literally anything you could ever need stocked in all the bathrooms and kitchen (gallon bags, coffee/tea bar, makeup wipes, cotton pads and swabs, diapers, plenty of towels, shampoo, etc. etc.). As someone that is very particular about cleanliness, I was so appreciative and absolutely delighted with how clean the entire home is. It's expected for there to be some grime on walls, baseboards, and high touchpoint areas in a vacation rental, but not here - literally not a speck of dust or a spot of dirt! I truly couldn't be more pleased with my stay! Thank you, Carmen!

My family has stated a lot of VRBO‘s over the years, and every single one of us felt the same about this one…best property to date!! The house was incredibly clean and comfortable, the layout was very family friendly. Love the proximity to both the beach and the bay. House was well stocked. And host was very accommodating. We definitely plan to stay again on our next trip to Long Beach!!

The house was great for our stay. Carmen was very easy to communicate with and checking in and out was a breeze! She has little details that make the house feel very comfortable and welcoming. The bed was super comfy, there was lots of space for us to relax. She even has beach towels and chairs, which we took down the block to watch the sunset. We would definitely recommend this house for anyone looking for a nice place to stay in Long Beach!

We stayed for a kids Soccor tournament. The place has a great feel to it and very comfortable beds for a great nights sleep. The kitchen is beautifully done. Great location to Long Beach and our family had a wonderful stay. Very quiet location which we wanted at the end of a long day.

We had a great stay at the beach house! Property manager was available to take my calls to help instruct when I had questions. Kitchen was easy to use with full of equipments and utensils. We wish we could have stayed longer. Highly recommended!

The house was lovely and was just as stated in the description and pictures. Carmen was very responsive throughout our stay which was very appreciated. The location was great for all of our needs as we also visited theme parks during our stay. I 100% would stay here again, especially if we were looking for a relaxing beach vacation.

Two car garage was filled with everything needed for a beach stay--chairs, towels, beach supplies.. But most of all the home was impeccable and clean--Hosts responded within minutes. Perfect STAY!!

Our family had a great time at this property. The location is so perfect between the marina and the beach. Beautiful home. Love the upstairs living room and kitchen and the management did a great job providing all kinds of extras in the kitchen and in the bathrooms. We will definitely stay here again.

The house was great for our stay. Carmen was very easy to communicate with and checking in and out was a breeze! She has little details that make the house feel very comfortable and welcoming. The bed was super comfy, there was lots of space for us to relax. She even has beach towels and chairs, which we took down the block to watch the sunset. We would definitely recommend this house for anyone looking for a nice place to stay in Long Beach!

Carmen is a great host and quick to respond. The property itself is immaculate and has everything you could ever need! I stayed here for my wedding and the closet was not only equipped with a bunch of hangers and an iron + ironing board, but a steamer and lint roller as well - it really is the little things. There was also a luggage rack and literally anything you could ever need stocked in all the bathrooms and kitchen (gallon bags, coffee/tea bar, makeup wipes, cotton pads and swabs, diapers, plenty of towels, shampoo, etc. etc.). As someone that is very particular about cleanliness, I was so appreciative and absolutely delighted with how clean the entire home is. It's expected for there to be some grime on walls, baseboards, and high touchpoint areas in a vacation rental, but not here - literally not a speck of dust or a spot of dirt! I truly couldn't be more pleased with my stay! Thank you, Carmen!

This was a great all around property. The proximity to the bay was awesome and very close to restaurants on 2nd st. We loved the house and being able to walk a few steps to get to the sand. This property was the most well stocked property I’ve ever rented. Thanks for a great week.

Property is in a great location. Owner was very responsive. The parking is awesome especially in a location that can be challenging. The living space and rooms were great. Appliances and amenities were very nice. Would stay again. Our kids had a great time. We sat on the bay each day, less than a block away.

The beach house was wonderful! The directions were east to follow. It’s about 35 minutes from LAX. Close to the beach, a shopping center and restaurants. Carmen provides everything you could possibly want and need. The home is very clean and spacious. Just right for my family. Thanks Carmen!

I stayed with my kids 9 & 6yo and my brother, his wife, and baby. Perfect layout for our two small groups, two living areas allowed us to separate the older kids from the baby at nap times and still enjoy the house. Nice kitchen with all the things we need to cook meals. Two car garage made parking easy. Lots of beach towels and my kids enjoyed the boogie board. Very nice comfortable home!

We had a great stay at the beach house! Property manager was available to take my calls to help instruct when I had questions. Kitchen was easy to use with full of equipments and utensils. We wish we could have stayed longer. Highly recommended!

Lovely home with every amenity your can think of! My family and I had a wonderful time celebrating my husbands birthday while relaxing in this home. Only issue was the oven was hard to use and would turn off randomly. An additional small counter top oven was provided but was small and took longer to heat than a traditional oven. The owner stated this is getting fixed so should not be an issue in future. I would love to stay here again!

What a surprise this home was — a gorgeous and well-appointed property that was perfect for our 6 family members, ranging from elderly to 9! Thank you, Carmen! The property had absolutely everything we needed and is so well appointed with everything from plenty of TP, to chairs for the beach, to cooking oil and spices, to ice, to Q-tips! The attention to detail was incredible! My women friends and I (all CSULB alums) had a lovely, quiet, and nourishing time.

This house was perfect for our family vacation to Long Beach. There were a lot of beach toys for the kids and a great setup for kids and a very nice master upstairs. The beds were really comfortable and Carmen took extra time to make sure everything was well stocked in the house in case you forgot something. It was so nice and easy to go to the beach from the property!

We stayed for a kids Soccor tournament. The place has a great feel to it and very comfortable beds for a great nights sleep. The kitchen is beautifully done. Great location to Long Beach and our family had a wonderful stay. Very quiet location which we wanted at the end of a long day.

This was the perfect vacation home! The off-street parking truly makes it a gem. Other great features include the master bedroom being upstairs with the kids' bedrooms downstairs (we have teenagers), a fabulous kitchen with everything you could need to cook and serve your own meals, a darling little enclosed deck to drink your coffee on in the morning, full-size laundry machines, and it's just steps to the bay and a quick walk to the ocean! Carmen thoughtfully includes so many little extra conveniences— beach towels, chairs, and umbrellas to borrow; extra toiletries (my son forgot his toothbrush); shampoo, conditioner, and body wash dispensers in the showers; to go cups and containers for the beach...you name it! We used to live in Long Beach and this was a fantastic place for us to visit and reconnect with family and friends. We would definitely stay here again.

House felt very homey unlike a lot of rental homes we have stayed in. You can tell the host put that little extra into the home to make the stay more pleasant, We were in town for a cheer competition and it was nice to go back and have the windows open and relax on the couch. The host was extremely responsive and accommodating. We’ve stayed in the area before and parking was an issue, so it was nice to have the 2 car garage. Would definitely recommend.

Our stay was perfect! This house is everything we hoped it would be. It’s incredibly close to the beach and made it really convenient to walk back and forth whenever we felt like going. The host provided basically everything you’d need for hanging out at the beach so we didn’t need to bring anything from home. The garage was very helpful. We had two cars and elderly parents so having that parking available for them was wonderful. The house was spotless and very spacious. The appliances, cooking utensils, and kitchenware were very nice and well kept. We highly recommend this place and hope we can stay there again.
