Our second stay in this updated, wonderfully situated property did not disappoint! Our adult late 20ish children all live nearby, and this property is wonderful for us to all gather when they can and have plenty to do! Beach quick drive with provided pass, ferry to islands quick walk down the street, Cape Cod Melody Tent, Harbor Hawks baseball, and lots of restaurants, shopping and more! Home is beautifully decorated, and has everything needed! Clean, well appointed, well stocked. Hot tub and fenced back yard quite private. Made lots of wonderful memories again! My family and I absolutely loved our stay here. The house was fully equipped with everything we needed and the multi-storied house gave everyone their own space. The home was clean, charming and beautifully decorated. We loved being able to walk just about everywhere, including the beaches, shopping and to take the ferry to Martha’s Vineyard. There was plenty for the kids to do and provided perfect relaxation for the adults. We couldn’t have been happier with our stay!

This is a very beautiful house. The location is even better!! Very private!! You can walk downtown to Hyannis each night. The beaches are a little further away than you think. Especially if you have children and are carrying a lot of things we went down to the last beach every day. The house is very big and very roomy. It was my husband and myself and our two children with their spouses and their children. We each had our own floor!!!! The house looks like pictures. The back yard could use a little help. If you have kids there’s not a lot of room but if you’re all adults, then there is plenty!!! The only reason this home didn’t get a 5 star rating is because we had a couple of electric issues and they were looked at, but they were not fixed. Also there was no beach pass which was kinda a drag. Just more money I wasn’t expecting to have to pay. And also, I never met Chris or talked to Chris, but the property management people were very nice and tried to help us out. I would definitely recommend this to other people though!!!
