The price for the location is good and Disney is only 5 minutes away. The home is very nice and clean, and the mattresses are hotel quality if not better. The kitchen is fully stocked except for a sheet pan for the oven. The washer and dryer are high quality, and the bath towels were surprisingly fluffy.However, the pricing may explain several issues. Only half the jets in the hot tub work. Several patio chairs have broken slats and should be replaced. The front left burner on the stove top is difficult to light which is a hazard if someone forgets to turn it off when it doesn’t light. The refrigerator has an ice maker but does not make ice, so buy your own. The are no ceiling fans in any room and the master bedroom gets hot at night. The thermostat is locked from what we could tell, and it stays at 70 so in the morning it’s freezing cold, except for the master bedroom even with the door open. Doors are not level, so they are either closed, or fully opened. If you leave a door partially open, it will slam shut or against the wall. Gnats kept appearing in the house around drains. There are signs everywhere telling you how to maintain their property. There are multiple signs telling you to be quiet between 10pm – 9am; but the neighbor’s dog doesn’t know how to read, the fire station nearby is exempt, and the lawn crew showed up at 8am on Monday. The house was clean, comfortable, and exactly like the pictures show. It Slept 6 comfortably. There was a trundle bed under the bunk beds and a blow up air mattress as other sleep options. It was nice having a private parking spot so we didn't have to compete for street parking. I loved having the hot tub to soak in after a long day of walking through Disneyland. Communicating with the management staff was quick and easy. We felt safe in this area and will definitely rent this home again if we are in the area.

Great property close to Disneyland. We loved only being a 5 minute drive away from the parking garages at Disneyland. The house is nice and well updated. The kitchen had just about everything we needed- with small exceptions. It was pretty clean. We only used the hot tub one night for a few minutes. It was decent, but needed to be cleaned. Parking was tricky, but we managed with our Ford Explorer. Roku TVs in the living room and a couple bedrooms was great for streaming services. The only gripe I really have was that there was no bathtub, however, the photos on this listing show a bathtub. I don't believe there was anything in the listing indicating that the photo was not accurate. We have a 2 year old and a 4 year old so we were primarily looking at properties with a bathtub in boooking. So we were disappointed at check in to find no bathtub and only showers. Otherwise, great stay.

We stayed here on a recent trip and it was just what we needed. Everything was clean and, while we werent sure at first, we were able to fit two vehicles into the parking area with room to spare. There are a number of good restaurants nearby and the hot tub was a welcome treat after a long day walking around the parks.

We found the house very cute and clean. Super close to Disneyland. Could have had a better course of cable tv. Could have had a box of tissue as well. And way too much chlorine in the hot tub, so we didn’t use it. But other than this I would stay here again. Very quiet neighbor. Oh and loved that we could park our car in gated and covered parking

We had an enjoyable stay for 11 nights in Nov/Dec 2024 (4 adults). Centrally located close to all Anaheim attractions, only a short drive or Uber away. Walmart only 1 mile away. There are some restaurant options nearby however we didn't try them. Off-street undercover parking for a large SUV in a quiet neighborhood (there is a little road noise as it is near an intersection) 2 bathrooms was handy with 4 adults in the house, as was the washer/drier. The house was clean and tidy and the beds comfortable. All amenities we needed were provided. The central heating was great as it was getting quite cold at night.The only criticism is it would be great to have fully closing blinds on the windows and bedside lamps in the main bedroom as well as a lamp in the lounge room.Overall a great stay and highly recommended, especially for families.

House was great - as advertised. Hot tub also a perfect add-on for a soak after a long day on your feet at Disney, etc. Only complaint is that it would be nice to feel as if you could enjoy time outdoors after 10 pm (respectfully), but due to City Ordinances, this isn't allowed. Kind of hampers a vacation if you are terrified of getting a hefty fine for making a peep outside after a certain time of night or before 9am. Other than that - it's a nice property!

Very comfortable & clean. Thoughtful care put into the arrangements and ammenties. Jacuzzi was clean and easy to use. Will need to take care parking in the carport as it's a snug fit. We found it was easier to back our vehicle in. Close to Disneyland & a nice Target. Would 100% stay here again.

This place left a lot to be desired when it came to cleanliness. The floors were dirty as evidenced by how filthy our socks got just from walking around. There was dirt on the sofa, and every item we used in the kitchen had to be washed beforehand. The pots and pans were especially dirty…there were food remnants from previous guests in almost every piece of cookware we used. Then on the day we were leaving the housekeeper arrived a full hour before check out and walked right in the back door without even knocking. It understandably caught us off guard and frightened us. She told my husband that she didn’t think anyone was there because she didn’t see a car in the driveway which still doesn’t explain why she just walked in the back door without even knocking.

Clean house in a quiet neighborhood. Five minute drive to Disney Parks with easy access to I-5. About a 20 min drive to SNA airport. Clean perfect house for family of five with a 3 kids (one a 19yr) old. Will def stay here again on our next trip.

This vacation home is super nice, clean, and has a good amount of space in it. The location isn't the best.. Every morning there was a car alarm that would go off for at least 10 min. The beds were very uncomfortable.. The master bed dips in and the bunk beds were horrible to sleep on. The bathrooms are very nice and clean. We were not able to use the hot tub because it was so dirty inside of it. There was dirt on the bottom of the hot tub and didn't look clean at all to use.. The toliet was not flushing and the sink was clogged after the second day.

Great place and super convenient location, close to Disney! Just a short drive away. After the first day we noticed the floor was dirty and turning our socks and feet black. The master bedroom mattress was also extremely uncomfortable. Half the jets in the hot tub were not functioning. I would stay here again but just message them ahead of time and ask them to mop the floor or something, and see if there is a new mattress. Overall we had a good time.

Great property close to Disneyland. We loved only being a 5 minute drive away from the parking garages at Disneyland. The house is nice and well updated. The kitchen had just about everything we needed- with small exceptions. It was pretty clean. We only used the hot tub one night for a few minutes. It was decent, but needed to be cleaned. Parking was tricky, but we managed with our Ford Explorer. Roku TVs in the living room and a couple bedrooms was great for streaming services. The only gripe I really have was that there was no bathtub, however, the photos on this listing show a bathtub. I don't believe there was anything in the listing indicating that the photo was not accurate. Great. Little house for a get away to Disney Land. Located very close to the park. I stayed here with my Wife. And we enjoyed our time here. Couple things to keep in mind. The blinds are see through and at night anyone outside can see right into the living room and kitchen. The bedrooms have drapes but no drapes in living room or kitchen. Also the house is on a pretty busy street and some in polite people like to drive fast and be noisy early in the morning/ late at night. The couch in the living room could use an update. Not very comfortable and you can tell it has been used a lot. That being said, the house can was great to stay in for a week in Disneyland. We had a great time!

This vacation home is super nice, clean, and has a good amount of space in it. The location isn't the best.. Every morning there was a car alarm that would go off for at least 10 min. The beds were very uncomfortable.. The master bed dips in and the bunk beds were horrible to sleep on. The bathrooms are very nice and clean. We were not able to use the hot tub because it was so dirty inside of it. There was dirt on the bottom of the hot tub and didn't look clean at all to use.. The toliet was not flushing and the sink was clogged after the second day.

We had an enjoyable stay for 11 nights in Nov/Dec 2024 (4 adults). Centrally located close to all Anaheim attractions, only a short drive or Uber away. Walmart only 1 mile away. There are some restaurant options nearby however we didn't try them. Off-street undercover parking for a large SUV in a quiet neighborhood (there is a little road noise as it is near an intersection) 2 bathrooms was handy with 4 adults in the house, as was the washer/drier. The house was clean and tidy and the beds comfortable. All amenities we needed were provided. The central heating was great as it was getting quite cold at night.The only criticism is it would be great to have fully closing blinds on the windows and bedside lamps in the main bedroom as well as a lamp in the lounge room.Overall a great stay and highly recommended, especially for families.

Property was clean. Kitchen was missing cutting boards and shot glasses. Had no pool towels, towels were dropped off the next day. Master bed was horrific. Two huge dips on each side. My husband and I basically rolled into the middle of the bed and had bad sleep. We travel a lot and have never encountered such a terrible bed.

The kitchen was adequate for our needs which we used only for breakfast. Living space was comfortable. Our family of two adults, two teenagers were in California for a week at Disney. It was so close!! There were a few times that our teens stayed at the park and we could come back and relax (we’re not as young as we used to be!) then go back and pick them up later. The house was clean, had everything we needed, gave us all our own space, and Funtierland was available to chat and responded quickly if we had any issues. It is located on a busy street but there is an enclosed back yard for children to play. We would definitely stay here again!!

This place left a lot to be desired when it came to cleanliness. The floors were dirty as evidenced by how filthy our socks got just from walking around. There was dirt on the sofa, and every item we used in the kitchen had to be washed beforehand. The pots and pans were especially dirty…there were food remnants from previous guests in almost every piece of cookware we used. Then on the day we were leaving the housekeeper arrived a full hour before check out and walked right in the back door without even knocking. It understandably caught us off guard and frightened us. She told my husband that she didn’t think anyone was there because she didn’t see a car in the driveway which still doesn’t explain why she just walked in the back door without even knocking.

We stayed here for a little under a week. All appliances/household needs were met, easy to Uber to/from as well as Door Dash since we didn’t rent a car. We did have questions after we first arrived and I received a response from the property manager within 5 minutes.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this lovely little house in Anaheim a few weeks ago. Everything is beautifully updated. We felt right at home immediately as the house was so cozy. The instructions on how to get in and maintain it were easy to follow.

We stayed here for half marathon Disneyland weekend. Super convenient stay for our entire family, had all the needed supplies for an intense weekend and a rest day in between. The early check out was the only thing I would’ve done differently, however, it was on me for never requesting a late check out ahead of time

The price for the location is good and Disney is only 5 minutes away. The home is very nice and clean, and the mattresses are hotel quality if not better. The kitchen is fully stocked except for a sheet pan for the oven. The washer and dryer are high quality, and the bath towels were surprisingly fluffy.However, the pricing may explain several issues. Only half the jets in the hot tub work. Several patio chairs have broken slats and should be replaced. The front left burner on the stove top is difficult to light which is a hazard if someone forgets to turn it off when it doesn’t light. The refrigerator has an ice maker but does not make ice, so buy your own. The are no ceiling fans in any room and the master bedroom gets hot at night. The thermostat is locked from what we could tell, and it stays at 70 so in the morning it’s freezing cold, except for the master bedroom even with the door open. Doors are not level, so they are either closed, or fully opened. If you leave a door partially open, it will slam shut or against the wall. Gnats kept appearing in the house around drains. There are signs everywhere telling you how to maintain their property. There are multiple signs telling you to be quiet between 10pm – 9am; but the neighbor’s dog doesn’t know how to read, the fire station nearby is exempt, and the lawn crew showed up at 8am on Monday. There are two minor water leaks, one at the master bathroom sink and one under the kitchen sink. The language in the contract is

This impeccable home fit our family (and our needs) perfectly. We had toddlers, elementary age kiddos, parents, and a grand who stayed comfortably and felt safe. The equipped kitchen allowed us to cook our own meals, which was a huge benefit considering a couple of severe food allergies. The oversized washer and dryer let us keep up on our laundry daily. We have starred this one as a favorite for our future trips and will absolutely consider renting it again!

My 3 daughters, husband and I had a great disneyland vacation staying here. The proximity to Disneyland is great and getting an uber was easy from house to Disneyland. I appreciated all the extra towels provided. The kitchen was easy to use and had everything we needed, even coffee filters and cooking spray! The hot tub was having some issues, made a really loud noise starting up and wasn't as clean as we would have liked, but we still used it anyways. The master bathroom shower takes a long time to get hot water, but when it does it's plenty warm. We liked having the tvs in the bedrooms and living room and used the washer/dryer a few times which was really nice to have. Would definitely recommend staying here for family vacations!

Very clean , easy to find . Close to Disney and the beach as well as local restaurants and stores. They do not have a Keurig coffee maker as listed in the pictures, so don’t make the same mistake as we did and stock up on pods. They have a coffee pot. That was a biggie for us, as we had 4 avid coffee drinkers in our group ! We had driven 7 hours to get there and that was a damper. Also for the girls out there , there is no where for you to sit down and do you hair/ makeup , you definitely have to improvise which was a challenge. Also there is a dog next door that is loud . But apart from that we found our stay enjoyable and the house was accommodating.

Our stay was excellent! Uber-ing to/from Disneyland was so easy! The house was wonderful, so nice to have a kitchen to utilize for our trip and not spend so much money on eating out every meal. Hot tub was amazing to have after walking all day. Everything was incredibly comfortable and it was a great home-away-from-home for our vacation. Will absolutely stay here again!!!

We did t get to use it for all its amenities but very clean. My only complaint was the parking.

Really like this place. Perfect for our group. Great location for a Disney trip. Nice touch having beach chairs, towels, and sand toys for our trip to the beach. The place was clean and well stocked. One thing to note is the outside trash cans were not emptied prior to our visit and were overflowing with trash. This attracted a lot of flies by the door letting flies come in. Not a huge issue, but a detail that should have been noticed and something to check between renters.
