Overall the property was great. Response rate was quick for a few things that we needed. I would improve the pool heating, it should stay heated throughout the stay and make sure its heated before guest arrive. Pool was in 65F setting until a tech came around hence wasted a few fun days for the kids who were eager to jump in the pool. There was also an issue with not having wristbands for the community pool and they did not let us use it nor did we ever get them. Wouldnât have tried to go to the community pool if our pool was fully heated. The property was in good shape and the house is very close to the beach.

Loved this house. It was very clean and spacious. The location to the beach was just a short walk away. We had a small issue with the swimming pool and Destin Dreamers quickly responded to resolve the issue and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. I would definitely stay here again. The service and house were perfect!

My wife and I treated our two daughters, their husbands and our five grandchildren to a family vacation in Destin, staying at the Sweet Caroline property, which we found simply outstandingâjust as beautiful in person as depicted in the online photos. We loved the spaciousness it provided, and what a convenience to have so many en-suite baths with an ample supply of towels. The king beds were amazingly comfortable with quality linens. The elevator was quite handy in helping to navigate between the three stories. Everyone enjoyed the outdoor leisure area with the pool and jacuzziâsadly we were too busy with other excursions to enjoy the grill and outdoor fire pit, but it was nice to have them available. It was such a well-appointed vacation spot and one we hope to book again. Even our five year old grandson was âwowed,â referring to it as âPop-Pop's houseâ and wondering if we were coming back. A true memory maker.

Beautiful and spacious home in a great location. Plenty of space for two families to spread out. Very close to beach and Crab Trap restaurant. Neighborhood is very nice and close to lots of restaurants. We had a small problem during our stay with the pool heat, but it was quickly resolved by management.

The house had plenty of space. The bedrooms were spacious and plenty of storage. The pool man came twice during our stay so it was very clean and well maintained. The elevator was a big help. We would go back again.

Property was just as advertised. Spacious, comfortable and clean. 7 Adults and two children, had privacy and space for the week. Walk to the wonderful beach was 5-7 minutes. Plenty of chairs, umbrellas and most of what you need is in the garage. Minutes from anything you want to do or see. Admin and communication were simple and timely. Highly recommended!

Beautiful, very accommodating house!Kitchen needs some updating on cooking supplies.Outdoor pool area needs a table and chairs and some lounge chairs for a more friendly space to hang out.Beach supplies were great!Destin Dreamers management group was always quick to respond to my questions!

We reserved this home to enjoy our grown children and grandchildren all in one place. We needed a 6 bedroom and they can be more difficult to find. Sweet Caroline was PERFECT! The home was clean, beds were super comfortable and we loved the pool and shuffleboard. It even brought the teenagers out of their rooms! 100% would visit this home again.

We travel a lot and stay at many places. This was, BY FAR, the cleanest and best smelling house weâve ever rented! I have absolutely no complaints! Everything was a breeze from checkin to checkout. Comfy beds, comfy couches, plenty of room for everyone, everything was fabulous!!

This was a lovely home in a great location inside a gated community on the east side of Destin. Our family enjoyed our time here, and the communication from the property management company was great.I have no major complaints, but I think others should be aware that this home is starting to show the signs of wear that many rental properties have after years of use. Certain items in the house (furniture, shower heads, appliances) were damaged, we saw a few roaches, etc. It probably needs to come off line for a week or two in order to get some maintenance and have a deep cleaning.

Property was just as advertised. Spacious, comfortable and clean. 7 Adults and two children, had privacy and space for the week. Walk to the wonderful beach was 5-7 minutes. Plenty of chairs, umbrellas and most of what you need is in the garage. Minutes from anything you want to do or see. Admin and communication were simple and timely. Highly recommended!

We had an amazing stay at this house. The house is spacious, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The pool was fantasticâperfect for relaxing and enjoying the sun. The location is also great, just a short walk to the beach. One of the best parts of the experience was the company that manages the house. They were always in touch and responded within seconds to any questions we had. They were incredibly helpful and made sure everything was perfect for our stay. Highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a great vacation home close to the beach!

Beautiful, very accommodating house!Kitchen needs some updating on cooking supplies.Outdoor pool area needs a table and chairs and some lounge chairs for a more friendly space to hang out.Beach supplies were great!Destin Dreamers management group was always quick to respond to my questions!

This was our first time visiting Destin. Our family of 4 adult children along with spouses and one grandchild stayed at Sweet Caroline. We were comfortable and had plenty of space. A short walk to the beautiful beach and close to many restaurants. We fell in love with the area, and will go back.

Beautiful and spacious home in a great location. Plenty of space for two families to spread out. Very close to beach and Crab Trap restaurant. Neighborhood is very nice and close to lots of restaurants. We had a small problem during our stay with the pool heat, but it was quickly resolved by management.

Wonderful stay at Sweet Caroline! Management was extremely responsive to concerns or issues. The only issue was beach access. We were under the impression we could cross the street through the gated community to the private beach. That was not the case. Other than that, it was a wonderful stay! We hope to be back soon!

The house is wonderful, but the posting is misleading. We planned a large family trip to Destin with hopes that this house would check all of our boxes. We saw that the listing mentioned a 3 minute walk to the beach, a hot tub, and an elevator. All which would be great for one of our family members who is disabled and handicapped.The elevator does work well, we were appreciative of that. However, the house is not a 3 minute walk to the beach. Itâs actually 10 minutes and the handicap accessible ramp was closer to 15 minutes. We didnât mind it, but it was difficult for some members of our family. Donât add in a 3 minute walk to Miramar beach in the listing if it isnât true. We had to pay 50 a day to heat the pool and that was the only access to the hot tub. Which is not what is said on the listing in the amenities section. The hot tub really never got hot with jets either. We felt like that money wasnât used wisely.Overall we think that the listing is a lie and wouldnât advise it to others unless they donât mind the walk. If the specifics are listed better it would yield a better rating.

The house was perfect for our family. We traveled with our children, grandchildren, and dogs. There was plenty of room to spread out. The beach was easily accessible. I appreciated the communication with Destin Dreamers before and during our stay. They were very helpful and responsive. We look forward to returning.
