The golf cart and the fridge and the wine fridge and the tablet in the kitchen that tells you when laundry is done was all broken but outside of that the stay was good

They were very welcoming. We got everything that we needed. Here’s an awesome place right around the corner from the beach and so much room. Showers were perfect. Kitchen was unbelievable. The hated pole and the green egg grill was the icing on the cake. Stay here you’ll be glad you did.

We will definitely be back! This place was perfect for our crew. The 12 year old boys were thrilled with the pond for fishing and the pool right at our back door. We loved having the golf cart for hauling our beach chairs and toys and kids to and from the beach. The teenagers were thrilled to have their own space where they could get away from the younger kids. The house is absolutely beautiful and perfect. There isn’t a “bad” bedroom in the place. Everyone was so happy. My brother in law stayed 2 weeks before us and they raved about the place too. Perfection!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. So much so that we extended our stay by one day as it was available. The property was as advertised, clean and an abundance of room for everyone to spread out. Having enough bathrooms and bedrooms for all, the large kitchen and open living area, the patio, proximity to the pool, the golf cart all made for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The only minuses...the game consoles on the second floor didn't work but no one missed them and the Dyson vacuum didn't work either - a minor inconvenience. It seems the birds have done a number on the outdoor patio furniture - but not an inconvenience. In all, I highly recommend Take It Breezy and I would definitely rent again/.

We rented this house with family members. It has more than enough room! Beds felt like sleeping on clouds, lots of towels/dishes/cookware, couches were napworthy also. Host was very responsive to questions/issues. Pool/pond/girls just a few steps behind the house with its own gate. Highly recommend!
