As we arrived we have been welcomed by the owner, who already gave us very useful tips on activities, where to eat, shopping, and similar information beforehand. We enjoyed living in this house with its beautiful surrounding garden, which once served as a vineyard ("La Vigna"). Cities like Viareggio, Lucca or Pisa are in reach, and Camaiore itself already invites to strolls in the evening to explore tiny shops and restaurants. It also doesn\'t take long to a free beach in Viareggio (spiagga della lecciona) to get refreshed and swim against the waves. A truely recommendable place at the Versilia coast :)

Schönes Grundstück, der Hund hat es genossen, Zusatzkosten: Endreinigung 50 €, 8 Handtücher 8 €, Strom, Gas, Wasser 65 €, vorher nicht bekanntgegeben, Spiegel im Bad diagonaler Riss, Fugen an Badewanne schwarz vor Schimmel, WC Wasserkasten Wasser läuft durch, Herd, Geschirrspüler extrem verschmuzt, nur italienisches Fernsehen, Die Srasse ist sehr eng ( 2,40 m,) vor Kurven muss man hupen, bei Gegenverkehr rückwärts ausweichen. Leider in dem Zustand, das Haus gibt mehr her!

Gorgeous property and surroundings. Marco was a great host , so helpful and the wine and pastries were fabulous. We loved the house , beautiful garden , eating outside with a fantastic view of camaoire and surrounding mountains and villages . Table tennis and proximity to camaoire suited everyone . Would recommend a stay here , so chilled and relaxing and will definitely be back .
