Bourbon Hollow | Coastal Chic

This house is brand new! I think we may have been one of the first if not the first people to stay there. The location is great — just a block away from the pool (the one with a large pool and separate kids pool). It would be a hike to get to the rest of the town (main area with the Pantry and pop-up shops) but it is a quick golf cart ride. The two covered parking spots and fenced back yard were a great perk. All appliances were top of the line! I will say that the microwave did not pop popcorn and the fridge does not have an ice or water dispenser. The linens were very soft and clean. The whole house was really perfectly clean! The porch swing did not have a mattress and the front door was really tough to get closed. I assume these were just issues since it was such a new house. We had 4 adults and 5 kids. 3 girls slept in the bunk room, but the bunks are full size, so you could easily fit up to 8 little kids in that room! Overall, I would absolutely recommend this property and would stay again.
