The Boathouse-on the Whitefish Chain of Lakes

The boathouse was simple, yet a wonderful place to stay for a family of 3 but easily could accommodate 5. We would definitely book again in the future. The only critique is the driveway; there is a curb that odes limit the process of parking with a boat. That said, I would imagine there is nothing one could do to get rid of the curb. The boathouse was amazing. My sister and I stayed there for a gateway. The view is incredible. The house was clean and had everything a guest would want. The lake is perfect for kayaking. The birding is incredible. I would highly recommend it. Oh… it has a wonderful screened in porch where we spent most of our time. The host is very responsive and knowledgeable about the area. She provided great ideas for walking trails. I would stay there again.

great little kitchen…amazing little screened in pitch with a peaceful and beautiful view! very clean and wonderful furnishings. comfortable sitting area! our ONLY downfall was the bed…little dip towards middle of mattress made it a little uncomfortable

Beautiful property and the perfect location. Worked out well for 2 couples. A very peaceful part of the Whitefish Chain and a nice dock for our boat. Will definitely book again.
