This was one of the most beautiful rentals we have ever stayed in. The pool and jacuzzi were a highlight. Check in was a breeze and there was more than enough towels and parking to accommodate the group.

Spent a long weekend here with my daughter and her bridal party. The house was perfect for the 12 of us and truly is beautiful. The location is amazing but the house could use some updating. Needs more lighting outside on the deck and we could not get the thermostat to work. The WiFi is terrible!!!! Overall it was a great place with plenty of room and very cozy.

This is a beautiful home which easily accommodated three families of 4. There are lots of sitting/living areas big and small for people to be together or spread out over the course of several days as needed. The kids loved the basketball court and the pool. TO NOTE- the pool never really gets warm, the heat just makes it “not freezing”. And the hot tub was definitely only kinda warm. For a $500 add-on fee that was a disappointment, but the home and the service otherwise overdelivered so I wouldn’t dock a full star for this.

Pros – house if really quite beautiful, nice layout, super comfy beds/bedding (we rated them A++!), good size kitchen, overall clean and good location. Cons – request for heated pool failed; local team sent handyman (thanks David!) to repair 48-hours after we arrived (after multiple text messages to local team and upon my request). I did receive a full refund for the fee but super disappointing since we planned on using each day. No mirrors in some of the bathrooms (very strange), empty/watered down handsoap and shower soap, cheap coffee maker (not even an auto shut-off), not enough coffee mugs for group of nine, mix & match dishware, no ice-maker or ice trays, no AC (that is noted in the description but it was 85 degrees in the house when we arrived!), some windows have no screens (so couldn’t open all windows), cobwebs in some rooms, not all outdoor lighting worked (safety issue with steps), no lights by grill (used iphone to cook), freezer did not work well, smoke alarm chirped (handyman fixed), beeping from utility room near garage, yard overgrown, house needs power washing, faded pool chair cushions, insufficient furniture on huge deck. Overall, if someone would invest a couple of thousand dollars on some of these items, the house would be a 10. House seems neglected. Would also be useful to have a guest binder with various instructions, recommendations, etc. I've stayed at several VRBO locations and overall, this one was very disappointing (at a cost of $10k+).
