Our family of 5 adults was in town for a wedding and only stayed one night, but we all agreed we wished our stay was much longer! Communication was exceptional, and when we encountered difficulty with the entry code upon check in, Jenna was easy to reach and she immediately resolved the issue over the phone. The condo is gorgeous, so comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked had we needed to prepare meals. It was a short, beautiful walk to get to the downtown location of the wedding reception. So convenient! We’ve stayed in a lot of short term/vacation rentals over the years, and we all agreed this is among our favorites! We’d love to stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay here! Some of the furniture is different than pictured but this listing is accurate otherwise! We liked that we had our own garage and that that condo was an end unit. The location is great and quite. We would stay here again!

Our family of five stayed for two nights. The property was just as listed all modern amenities. We loved having 3 1/2 baths and three bedrooms, and the property was beautifully decorated and had a nice full kitchen the beds and linens were fabulous. There are three levels of stairs that you should consider. If it is a problem for you I would have liked to have a shampoo, conditioner, and soap dispenser in the bathrooms because I forgot to bring some. The property was located very close to chinook pier and in walking distance to downtown we would definitely stay here again!

Very nice condo, clean, comfortable, and a great location for walking to restaurants/breweries, etc. Only tiny complaint I have is that you have to use the overhead garage door every time you go somewhere, walking or driving; a key to the front door would be a wonderful addition.

Great condo, but two flights of narrow stairs. Made it a challenge to get suitcases up to bedrooms on third floor for us old folks. Description should include it’s located on main busy street. Also, had no idea parking was a problem for three vehicles. The ground level bedroom is very small. Other than that, the condo was very clean with a great kitchen. The screened in porch was nice place to relax.

We throughly enjoyed our stay. Everything was almost perfect. Very comfortable beds, nice kitchen, great screened in porch. Location was great. Just a few suggestions: shampoo and soap for the showers. Kleenex would also be nice. We also had a thunderstorm so we were a bit concerned that if we lost power we would not have access without a key. Luckily we did not lose power. We enjoyed the Kerig coffee maker but a regular coffee maker would be nice to have.

My college age son and I stayed for two nights and found the condo to be an excellent choice! I highly recommend it. Overall, it is spacious and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was fully stocked and it’s clear a lot of thoughtfulness went into what to include and how to organize everything for easy use. The beds were very comfortable! The location is excellent too; close to the marina and a less than 10 minute walk from the wonderful downtown area with restaurants, shops. We really enjoyed staying here and would be happy to come back again.

We stayed for five nights while visiting some family in the grand Haven Spring Lake area. The condo was overall a pretty nice place. The positives were the location near downtown grand Haven, and the TV was great for watching some college football games. The negatives were the lower level bedroom was freezing cold, the carpeting was dirty near the w/d and the walls going up the stairs were scuffed. I would recommend new carpeting and painting the walls. We thought the host gave good instructions and check in was easy.

The place was perfect as far as space & location. Very inviting atmosphere. However, it’s the little things that matter …The bottom room had dirty, sandy sheets, the toilet paper was one-ply, the soap available at all the sinks was very watery & had separated, & the beds could use extra sleeping pillows …Like I said, it’s the little things that make a difference.

We have a group of 6 friends that try to do a get away every year. While the weather did not cooperate for us this year, we did have a great time. This property was perfect for us. Although the 1st floor bedroom was small, it worked out great. Perfect location too!

This was a great stay for a girls’ trip weekend! Check-in and check-out couldn’t have been simpler, and the space was clean and beautiful. Great access for walking and biking to downtown and the beach. There were six of us, who all packed like we going on an 90-day expedition, and yet the rooms were spacious and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again!

This place was immaculate and beautiful. It had ample room with huge kitchen and love the dining island. It is all walk able to the downtown area, the boardwalk and the pier. You cannot see any water from this unit though. The lower bedroom is small but it works, especially when each bedroom has a bathroom.

There were 3 couples, it was a golf trip. The beds were very comfortable. Kitchen roomy with big island, seating for 6. TVs in bedrooms and family room. Bedroom on first floor is surrounded by 3 walls, so little difficult to maneuver getting in and out in middle of night for person against the wall. Loved walking to town.

Went with 2 other couples for the weekend the place was beautiful and the location was perfect. I only did 4 stars because of the 3rd bedroom was nothing like we expected it was so small the bed was up against the wall on 3 sides therefore you could only exit the bed by crawling over the other person it would of been fine for maybe a couple kids but not 2 full grown adults the picture in the listing did not show how very tiny it was. And when you are splitting the cost between 3 couples it’s very disappointing I think they really need to specify on that 3rd bedroom.

Beautiful property, nicely furnished and very clean. Everything was great with exception of heat on lowest level. It was very cold. We had to keep the bedroom door closed to keep any warmth in. I'll bet during the summer it's perfect. The master suite was beautiful and would have been exceptional if the room was a bit darker. Outside lights kept the room a little too light.

Perfect location. Easy in and out. Walking distance to everything. Beach best with car for cooler, chairs, umbrella etc. transportation, just a drive up the street. Great accommodations, decor and best use of space. Comfy and cozy and beds were comfortable. Everything you need. We talked about making this a possible annual get together!

Lots of space, two bedrooms in the upper level, each with bathrooms (1 ensuite and 1 in hallway). One other bedroom in lowest level. Very cute decor, lighting and awesome location. Very nice stay! Would definitely stay again!

Very nice and clean condo. Plenty of space and loved having so many bathrooms. Property manager communicated very quickly in response to questions and check in/out process was super easy. Great getaway for a girls weekend— even in a snowstorm! Would be even more fantastic in spring/summer!

This is a very nice place to stay. On our second visit, we brought friends and they made several comments about how nice the place was/is. The place is a very short walk to the river/lake boardwalk. You can also easily walk to downtown. Amenities are good BUT they do not supply shampoo/conditional or bar soap, so make sure you bring these.

My college girlfriends of 30 years and I enjoyed everything about this house. It was beautiful and well appointed. The location was really great with only a short walk into downtown for shopping, dinner, drinks, and the musical fountain. We had the best four days and three nights enjoying all Grand Haven had to offer! My only complaint is that I changed my reservation months ago and never heard back. When I attempted to address the issue (upon checkout I realized that my change hadn’t been dealt with) I never heard back from the property manager. Still haven’t. So I believe I paid for a night I attempted to cancel.

Clean and modern townhouse close to everything Grand Haven has to offer. Walked to Farmer's market, restaurants, bars, the pier, etc. Short drive to beach. Would stay here again!

Great place to stay. Very clean and cozy for 3 couples. Near fun restaurants and easy drive to watch our daughter play volleyball at GVSU. Would definitely stay here again!

This property was awesome! The location was fantastic, we walked downtown everyday and took the quick drive to the beach everyday too. The beds in this home were SO comfy we slept so well. Highly recommend.

Perfect location! Clean and welcoming. Just mins from shopping, beach, lighthouse. Highly recommend this condo. Screened balcony, garage parking for midsize vehicles. We love Grand Haven so we will be back. Thank you again!

Great location. Perfect distance to the water and downtown. Can walk to the pier or downtown and neither takes more than about 5 minutes. Carrie was also great. She was very much on top of communications while we were there and even had suggestions for private boat rides that would fit our schedule. Would definitely recommend both the location and the host.

This is the second time we have stayed at this property when visiting Grand Haven. The condo is always clean and welcoming. We love the location! Shopping downtown is minutes away as well as the beach and lighthouse. We love the open balcony overlooking the main strip. I cannot say enough good things about our experiences staying here. We will for sure be back! We LOVE GH! Highly recommend this spot!
