Chalet Mont Cascades w/ Spa & Fibre Optic Internet

L’emplacement et la propreté du chalet était excellents. Par contre, à notre arrivée, le lave-vaisselle n’était pas fonctionnel, il n’y avait pas de chauffage dans la salle de séjour du sous-sol et avec une température extérieure à -25C, c’était très frais. L’eau du spa était brouillée et malpropre; des dépôts bruns étaient collés sur les contours. Je dois reconnaître la grande facilité de communication avec l’hôte. Malgré le fait qu’il n’était pas physiquement présent, il a fait son possible pour contacter des personnes ressources qui sont venus tenter de régler les différentes situations.

Beaucoup d'espace et de commodités. Lits très confortables. Tout près du Mont Cascades. Nous sommes retournés dîner au chalet.

This is a great place for a family stay. We had 12 people from a baby to an elderly person and everyone between. Everyone really enjoyed this stay. The games room and hot tub were a big hit! We'd love to come back and stay again sometime! Thanks Luis!

We enjoyed full size fridge, stove with full oven where we cooked a turkey. The convenience of having the dish washer was essential. We were very happy with the open concept, wood burning fireplace and plenty of room for a large family The kids enjoyed playing on the play structure as well as foozeball and the pacman machine was a hit. The added garage party/game room with ping pong and dart board were enjoyed by the adults and kids alike and they played a fes games of bingo. I believe the hot tub was the cherry on top for kids and adults alike and we were amazed to see the skiers coming down the hill from the living room window. All in all, an excellent family stay.
