Cozy Inn

Pour le prix je ne m'attendais pas à mieux. Les draps étaient propres mais très usés. Le ménage n'a pas été fait (détritus derrière le rideau...) et il y avait des petits cafards dans la salle de bain. Après une chasse aux cafards nous avons très bien dormi. C'est calme, nous ne demandions pas plus.

Was the worst I ever experienced. This place needs to be shut down until improvement. Disgusting, very bad maintenance. Pool area was in the worst conditions not being able to be used. Dry and grass grown all over. I couldn't stay there. I canceled right away after I saw the conditions.

the room was clean but infested with roaches everywhere, the second bed had broken slats, the refrigerator needed cleaning out, the only light was a lamp light, the door guard at the bottom of the floor was exposed to the outside, there were a lot of people loitering around out sides of the buildings, the curtains were ripped , the pictures on the hotel.com sight were not that of the actual appearance of this hotel, the frontal parking lots had several pot holes and the pavement was for horrible driving on it, the furnishings in the room needed replacing and reeked of roaches coming from the ceilings-mirrors-drawers-shelves-even to the extent of them crawling on the bedding, there also needed to be a strong presence of police/security due to the heavy tracking of vagrants and obvious presence of illegal activities that were very prevalent....I book this place on the HOTELS.COM sight and prepaid for it and had it been that I could get a refund, I would have canceled the reservation. I feel that I lost $64. The infestation of roaches was horrid, to the point of several crawling on my neck and body as I tried to sleep. Although I was visting Shreveport, and lived 300 miles away, I forfeited the room and the cost and left and forced myself to drive back to my home in Texas. Except for extreme measures, I will not stay at this location if ever back in Shreveport on an emergency. I give this place a 0 rating. It is very substandard.

My room was excellent clean and the staff member she was so nice to me I will be back ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Roaches. Dead and alive. Seemed like no one had opened that room in a couple of weeks. Sticky, greasy floors. A loud evening was going on downstairs, not once did the accommodation lower the volume before midnight. Did not feel safe at all. Felt like it was a hit & run. Hittin’ the bed and once you wake up you just run to get outta there. The only positive note I can leave are the 2 friendly ladies who handled the check in and out. Do not recommend. Only for an emergency sleep.
