Top Vermieter, man konnte über WhatsApp kommunizieren, er war immer erreichbar und hat schnelle Lösungen gefunden, z.B. die Kaffeemaschine war leider defekt, innerhalb eines Tages war dann über Amazon eine neue Maschine da. Die Wohnung hat eine Top Lage, einen super Blick vom Balkon, man hat auch einen kostenlosen Parkplatz. Durch Renovierungsmaßnahmen ist aber zur Zeit der Pool nicht nutzbar. Was man bei der Buchung noch einrechnen muss, sind 15 Dollar pro Person für den Guest Check In

Great location and incredible views. The pool is under construction which was too bad but addressed in the listing and price. The host was very responsive and checking process was simple. We had a 1 night stay but would go back again.

When we checked in there was another 30 dollar fee at the front desk. The vibe of the building was not a good one. The room looked good but when I lifted up the mattress it was stained all over with who knows what and it was cut open at the top. That means it is a reused mattress.I would not recommend this place untill they fix the place and get new mattresses.
