Vom freundlichen Empfang bis zur Abreise - top! Zimmer sind sehr hübsch eingerichtet und sauber. Tolles Frühstück gegenüber im Restaurant. Die Lage hinter der Stadtmauer von Alcudia ist sehr schön.

Lovely room, good shower, extra pillows would have been good. And tea and coffee facilities. Okay if you’re out for the evening but you can hear everyone coming back from the room allocate to us.

Front desk lady was so rude twice. Parking is NOT included like their details say. And they should make it more clear there is no elevator.
