We enjoyed our stay at this condo while visiting the Lake Norman area for the first time! The condo was very clean, beautifully decorated, had simple check-in and out processes and appreciated the owner’s welcoming touches and quick responses to any inquiries. The community pool was just steps from the back porch area overlooking the lake! Beautiful! Would love to return and highly recommend. Great experience!

This property is within walking distance of great shopping and restaurants. You have access to walking trails, pickle ball, boating, and more. The linens and towels are so much better than a hotel. The owner provides items beyond my expectations (K cups, creamer, a wide variety of teas, beach towels, etc). Communication with the owner was clear and direct. I would definitely recommend this property.

Beautiful condo with little extra amenities that made my stay feel like I was at home. The bed was super comfy and the shower was a dream. I loved being steps from the pool and a very short walk to a restaurant. The neighborhood was nice and quiet; however, my stay was at the beginning of the off season. I can’t imagine it being that much different during the summer months though. You can hear the highway traffic from the pool, but nothing a little music or earbuds couldn’t drown out. As a solo female traveler I felt very safe staying here. I would definitely recommend this place to a friend.

Beautifully decorated condo with lots of warmth and little touches (like chocolate truffles, robes, etc.) Felt more like a luxury hotel than a rental. Great location close to Davidson. We loved walking the boardwalk and visiting North Harbor restaurant and the The Cabin across the cove. The farmers market and all the cute shops/restaurants of downtown Davidson were just minutes away. Kim (the owner) was very easy to communicate with and helpful. We will definitely stay again! Thanks for a great stay

This condo is spotless and beautifully decorated. Awesome shower, well stocked kitchen. Softest, most plush bed I have ever experienced. Waterfront location with steps to a nice restaurant was wonderful. Easy access to the interstate was handy since we were there to explore the area. The entire complex and surrounding condos are all really nice. Lots of pickleball courts if that is your thing. Appreciated the hosts special touches and small surprises, which I will not reveal so the next lucky people to stay here will be surprised too.

Comfortable, no stress stay in a lovely, quiet location. Property owner was wonderful to work with and very accommodating to a special need. Property was extremely clean and comfortable with up-to-date amenities. Close to shopping, restaurants and highway. Lovely pool, walking trail, pickleball, tennis, and basketball on site. Lovely small condo with amazing views of the lake from the deck. Super clean with comfortable beds and lofty towels. Kitchen was very well supplied with everything needed to prepare meals or do some baking would definitely rent again!!

This is a beautiful location and wonderful place to stay. The property is well maintained and very clean. Owners provided everything you would need. Fantastic with communication and provided information of restaurants and things to do in the area. Local people were very friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely find! The condo is beautifully decorated, well appointed, and had lots of nice touches to make our stay very comfortable. Beds are luxurious. Location is great--some bars/restaurants right next door and a short 5 min drive from downtown Davidson and the college campus. We'll be back!

The location was perfect, and the home was too. The home was exactly as described and the check in process was so detailed, it made it very easy to access. The home also had a little bit of all necessities including coffee and creamer which was a nice surprise !!

This couldn’t have been better! The perfect spot in Davidson! Right near the water with a view, beautiful harbor with restaurant & wine bar. Gorgeous condo, very clean & everything feels fresh light & airy! Loved the color scheme & decor! Close to downtown with great restaurants! Host is very sweet & has great communication! This will be our place we stay when we come! Why would we pick anything else! It’s perfect!!

The place was lovely and well stocked with everything we needed for the week. It was very helpful. We loved the location and how we could walk to go out to eat at the best restaurant around. Thanks again Kim to help make our stay extra enjoyable!!

The condo itself was immaculate and well appointed - and was convenient for everything we were doing in the area. The owners were beyond responsive and made it an easy -and fantastic- experience all the way around. We are looking forward to booking it again!!

Overall 5 star stay! from the host and communication to the condition and amenities of the property to the overall location, it was exactly what our family was looking for. It is right off the highway, we walked to Davidson college, 5 min to Mooresville, 5 min to Cornelius and 25 into heart of Charlotte. Can't say enough positive's about our experience.....

Our stay was wonderful. Thank you Kim. We stayed here because we were visiting our new grandson. Kim was excellent with her fast responsive communication. The place was lovely and well stocked with everything we needed for the week. It was very helpful. We loved the location and how we could walk to go out to eat at the best restaurant around. Thanks again Kim to help make our stay extra enjoyable!!

Lovely find! The condo is beautifully decorated, well appointed, and had lots of nice touches to make our stay very comfortable. Beds are luxurious. Location is great--some bars/restaurants right next door and a short 5 min drive from downtown Davidson and the college campus. We'll be back!

We needed to stay in the area for work and this property was a great choice. Easy access to I77 and being able to walk to the North Harbor Club for dinner and cocktails was a big advantage.

My husband and I enjoyed our getaway visit to Lake Norman at this wonderful condo. We had a relaxing time, and enjoyed the local restaurants in walking distance and pool. The host was especially helpful. We hope to visit the lake again, and would highly recommend this condo.

This property is within walking distance of great shopping and restaurants. You have access to walking trails, pickle ball, boating, and more. The linens and towels are so much better than a hotel. The owner provides items beyond my expectations (K cups, creamer, a wide variety of teas, beach towels, etc). Communication with the owner was clear and direct. I would definitely recommend this property.

Beautifully decorated condo with lots of warmth and little touches (like chocolate truffles, robes, etc.) Felt more like a luxury hotel than a rental. Great location close to Davidson. We loved walking the boardwalk and visiting North Harbor restaurant and the The Cabin across the cove. The farmers market and all the cute shops/restaurants of downtown Davidson were just minutes away. Kim (the owner) was very easy to communicate with and helpful. We will definitely stay again! Thanks for a great stay

The host is so welcoming and kind! She was so attentive and answered all my questions! The home is very cozy and inviting and nice to relax in. Kitchen was perfect size and we really loved having coffee and relaxing in the mornings. Condo is very clean, spacious, and cozy. Loved the decor too. So close to Davidson College and all the great restaurants in Davidson. We loved it and will definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed being able to walk over to Northview Harbor for dinner. The condo was very clean and had upscale finishes. The beds and linens were very comfortable. Kim was very easy to work with. The kitchen was very well stocked with anything you would need for making a nice dinner to cocktails, coffee or tea, etc.Great lake view. Very quiet. Would definitely recommend and would like to stay again!
