My family and I really enjoyed our stay, it was very clean, quite, and a very nice and helpful staff. The one thing we were not comfortable with was the fact that we had to pay $10 a day for parking as a guest, this was info that we should have been informed of before booking our reservation.

Great hotel, friendly staff, comfortable beds, good showers. Breakfast was tasty and filling and there was more than enough space for our family of four. Only drawback was every EV charger (run by a third party) was out of commission and seemed like a scam. 10/10 would stay again, but don’t plan on charging your car.

The hotel was great, clean & new. The only downside was the EV charging. I picked this hotel specifically because of its chargers. Unfortunately the chargers that were available to use were being blocked by fullsize non electric vehicles. Very disappointing after a long drive, had to look for chargers elsewhere the next day.

Very nice place. Was in town for a soccer tournament, they let me check in early with no issues, my son was able to relax in a cool room before going out for his second game. Didn’t realize I had to pay for parking, but the $10 was pretty minimal. Great breakfast, waffle makers made my sons day!

When checking-in there was a sign next to the counter detailing an additional $10 nightly parking charge that Expedia didn't show (but was apparently on the hotels own website). It's not like the parking lot could be used for other events and they needed to deter non-residents, and anyone staying very likely drove. So why not just increase the room rate by $10 so I can make an informed price comparison when shopping for a room? The receptionist did comp me one night of parking when I asked for the charge to be waived. Otherwise a very clean room, friendly staff, and near to dining and shopping. I would stay again if back in the area.

Great! Basically this is a like a new brand hotel, everything is nice and clean. Breakfast is ok. The pool is really small. The charge $10 for parking per night. However..we really enjoyed our time here.

Very nice hotel. Breakfast was great! Staff was super nice. Pool was way too small! There were 3 people in it when we showed up and adding 2 of my 3 kids made it feel cramped. They only “swam” for about 10 minutes because it wasn’t fun. They were looking forward to swimming in the pool. We were bummed.

Hotel was newer, clean and nice. We got a front office lady that wasn’t super pleasant and our AC left us sweating all night. I don’t think it was working properly. I gave it a lower rating due to the front receptionist and the AC. Overall, I would stay here again because it is newer, clean and nice.

Property was clean. Staff was nice. The AC wouldnt turn on in my room. Maintenance visited twice but did not make any repairs only saying that the daytime Maintenance person was off since it was nighttime. He told me he could get me extra blankets, which I got from a friend staying next door. But, 60 degrees at night requires more than an extra blanket. That is my only complaint.

The room had the strangest design, with the bathroom in the middle, with no closing , locking door , only a frosted window. So if you were in the restroom, everyone that was trying to sleep saw the lights on and what you were doing. How odd this design!

Loved our stay, the only reason I wouldn’t come back is the flashing strobe light from the smoke detectors in our room. Mentioned it to the staff and they said they have had multiple complaints but they can’t do anything about it. Most hotels we stay in don’t have this issue.

The stay was great overall. Hotel was very clean and nice. U even got a good hour workout in. I will say the front desk lady that checked us in needs to work on her people skills and be more welcoming to the guests. If you don’t like your job, that’s fine, but don’t take it out on guests. She was very rude.

We booked for our daughter’s graduation from UC Davis. The hotel was very clean and modern. The rooms were spacious and worked great for my family. We booked several rooms for the entire family. The setup in the rooms allowed us to hang together with the couch and TV in the bigger rooms. Not too far from UC Davis.

Very nice place. Was in town for a soccer tournament, they let me check in early with no issues, my son was able to relax in a cool room before going out for his second game. Didn’t realize I had to pay for parking, but the $10 was pretty minimal. Great breakfast, waffle makers made my sons day!

This is my new go-to hotel. It was clean and it smelled "clean". The free continental breakfast has various varieties. The room was spacious, clean and updated.

Very nice hotel. Breakfast was great! Staff was super nice. Pool was way too small! There were 3 people in it when we showed up and adding 2 of my 3 kids made it feel cramped. They only “swam” for about 10 minutes because it wasn’t fun. They were looking forward to swimming in the pool. We were bummed.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly with every interaction, the breakfast was wonderful, and the room was just as expected. We did not like the pool which was unfortunate, but not enough to not stay again.

I had stayed at another Springfield hotel and it was a great experience so I was hoping for the same experience but It was not. When I first came in to check in I waited for a long time with no one insight. I then tried calling hoping someone would hear the phone and come out. Still nothing. Finally a lady came from the opposite end of the hotel with a plate of food . When she finally checked me in it didn't seem like she knew what she was doing. Didn't explain to me what she was charging me $100 extra for . She told me it would be $10 for parking a night . We only had 1 car but charged me for 2 (i didn't find that out until the morning I checked out) . Later on that same day we wanted assistance with purchasing items from the snack shop but again she was no where to be found. Let me tell you about the worst part. After I checked in a man walked in my room looking for linen that was clearly stacked outside my room from the last guest. I had the do not disturb sign outside my door and he still just used his key card and walked in. I told him he can't just walk in on people. He just kept saying "its okay because I'm looking for linen " . I said its not okay , what if I was in thd shower or getting changed?! Mind you I had just checked in 15mins before that . There shouldn't be any dirty linen in my room for him to gather. When we told the front desk they just said he didn't speak English well . That was their excuse. The only good thing was the gym. top brand equipment
