Skylight Waterfront home w/ amazing view/dock/boat

Nice little cottage, beautiful seaway view!!! Had a great time!! Would go back.

Then property is waterfront on an extremely busy channel leading into 2 major marinas so the boat noise and seadoo noise during the day is almost unbearable during the day and evening. The neighnours are literally feet away from the deck, so privacy is non existent. The house is small and very oddly made. Its old with unlevel floors. The kitchen stove is modern and meant to be in a countertop, so there is no side on the exposed side facing the room. Very unsightly to look at. To.get access to the living area, batbroom or kitchen from the main entrance, you habe to go thru the second bedroom with the bunkbeds. Overall the place is extremely overpriced even at half its current listing price. I'd give this one a pass.

The floors were very slanted so the bed was not even your head was lower than the foot. The house had a funny smell. No privacy you felt like you were on the neighbours property. The owners were super nice I would not go back mostly because of privacy

Maria’s place was exactly as listed. It is a cozy waterfront cottage that is efficiently set up. The cottage was very clean. We enjoyed the sunroom, kayaking and playing with our little dog on the water.
