Location and condo condition

Perfect girl-cation. This unit was perfect on Sapphire Beach! The condo was equipped wonderfully. Beach chairs & towels included! We didn’t have a need for anything. Great location, updated & modern, very clean & comfortable. Will 100% book again.

The condo was more than we anticipated. It was decorated nice, very clean with updated appliances and amenities. The view was stunning. Traci, the property manager was easy to contact and responded to us immediately we will be back.

Sapphire Bay was a beautiful beach and bay. The condo was just steps from the water. The front of the property is nice. The backside will fool you. The parking lot could use some attention. The condo was beautifully decorated, clean, and BRIGHT!!! This was the only downside of the condo. I recommend the owner use room darkening curtains in the sunroom for use of the king guest bed. If renter wants to open them for light they can! You cannot sleep in full day light from 5 am on in that room. A couple of complimentary items were forgotten BUT that did not affect our stay. There were chairs free on beach, snorkel gear, totes, coolers, and bug spray in the closet for use. The beds were very comfortable (9/10) and the linen provided was acceptable. Washer and dryer was new and easy to use. Two bathrooms nicely decorated and updated as well. I would stay again with the understanding of blackout curtains would be provided for the sunroom! Hope to visit here in the future. I would also update the book to have a checklist for checkout information all together. This condo is a very short distance into the main downtown hub area for food and nightlife, where we spent each night.

It is in a good location with a view. The lovely decor is just as pictured. Having restaurants and a fun beach bar on the property was so convenient. It worked well that nearby complexes could help support nice amenities like this. We didn't cook, but it looked like everything was there if you wanted to. The location was close to Red Hook, where you could catch ferries and boats for any day-trips. It also has several restaurants to explore. The notebook the owner provided included a lot of info on local restaurants and was very helpful. We really enjoyed our stay
