Great location right behind Redfish Taco. We were able to enjoy live music between 5 and 9pm from the balcony - very hard to hear from inside the unit FYI. We did not use the shuttle to the private beach. The walk is very short. We liked the 1/2 bath at the front of the unit that came in very handy. Pool was great when the double red flags were up at the beach.... We would rent here again.

I have vacationed and stayed in Redfish Village over the years and have always enjoyed the area, but I was very disappointed with the unit I stayed in this time. Upon entering, it was immediately clear that the unit had not been properly prepared for guests. The carpet runner in the hallway was filthy, and the curtains to the patio door were hanging off most of the hooks.In the non-primary bedroom, there was a hole where a socket cover should have been. The bathroom had issues as well—the shower lining was coming off, the paper towel stand was rusted, and the adjoining bathroom door was dirty and stained. The kitchen was no better: the stove and freezer did not appear to be clean. The sofa had visible stains, and overall the furniture and décor felt outdated and poorly maintained.I reported the curtain and bathroom issues to the property manager, but because they were not considered “urgent,” they did not seem to be a priority and were not addressed during my stay.We were excited to return to Redfish because of our previous positive experiences in the community, but unfortunately, this particular unit did not meet expectations. The lack of cleanliness, maintenance, and responsiveness made it clear that this is not a unit we would stay in again.
