Clifftop Luxury with Spectacular Ocean Views

Stunning Views, but Beware of "Bond-Trapping" and Hostile NeighborsWhile the property offers beautiful views, the management's attempt to withhold our bond was a nightmare.Despite receiving a 5-star guest rating, we were hit with a 750 charge for pre-existing "damages." Management provided "proof" using photos with timestamps from 2025 and entirely different addresses.The BBQ was filthy upon arrival, and there were not enough glasses provided for our group.It was only after we threatened to involve Consumer Affairs Victoria, the police, and VCAT that they eventually agreed to refund our money.We also experienced racist microaggressions from the neighbors, making the stay uncomfortable. The views are nice, but nothing is within walking distance, you will need to drive for everything.Warning: Do not stay here without filming a timestamped walkthrough upon arrival. The management’s practices are predatory and only ceased once legal action was imminent.

Everything is like a 5-star hotel, great place to stay

Beautifully presented, spacious and comfortable house. We loved the ocean views.

Lovely property, beautiful views, could be better if kitchen was equiped with some platters, serving plates, utensils, spare tea towels. No fly screens either and oven was difficult to use.

We had a wonderful stay, enjoying the ocean panorama. The house is really well equipped, comfortable rooms, well sized balconies to enjoy meals and drinks outside.
