Cozy Two Bedroom Bungalow- <br>In walking distance to a great time

Our stay was great at the house. The rental did have a few issues that were caused by previous renters and Doug did inform us. Unfortunately as we arrived to make reservations for a restaurant we found out the town was shut down due to a water issue so nothing was available. As far as walking distance to enjoy the nightlife it is walkable but it would have been a decent walk due to ongoing construction where they have cut the road out. We hate we were not able to explore the town due to the unfortunate circumstances but overall the house is nice and cozy. I will note there was one neighbor that came up to us begging for money. Outside of that it was a good experience and the neighbors were friendly. Great host!

Kitchen could use a couple of non stick ceramic skillets. Hot tub currently wasn't working, but that was ok with us.

Great little house. Old charm but modernized and really well designed and decorated. Very clean, close to town and great communication with host. We were in town for a dance competition and this place was perfect as a home base.

We truly enjoyed our stay in this cozy little bungalow located within walking distance of downtown Kannapolis. My husband and I brought my 90-year-old aunt and her daughter back to visit our old hometown and to meet up with some relatives still in the area. The house was a wonderful place for us gather and visit. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with all the amenities needed for cooking a meal of any size. My husband and I especially loved the availability of the walking areas located downtown for our morning walks. The host was quick to respond to communication, and provided explicit directions for using the home.It was a great location for us, and we will definitely be staying here again on future visits to Kannapolis.
