What a wonderful place!! The location was outstanding and in a great neighborhood...mwe never left! We loved every single thing about the cabin. The rustic all log/wood home, the stone fireplace, the pool table and fire pit but most of all the outdoor area and the creek. The property backs up on a state forest and we loved the privacy and ability to hike in the forest and creek walking. The doggo, myself and 2 sons had an amazing get away and we can't wait to come back! Eugene is a great host, thank you so mich for allowing us to stay on your place. We will be back!!!

We stayed in this cabin as a group of 12 and we had a great time!!! The cabin is exactly what we wanted and the hot tub/fire pit area was perfect and relaxing. The river was so peaceful and fun to hang around. Eugene was an outstanding host with excellent communication! Would absolutely recommend for anyone looking for an old fashion poconos relaxing getaway!

Communication and check in was flawless. Property was as described and very roomy for 4 adults and 2 children, however, the lighting needs to be brighter. Creek play and firepit were the star of our stay. Gas grill was a plus. This property is at the top of Saw Creek, which is nice for the backyard creek however, it adds 15 minutes to travel time to get out of the development. Amenities were good but the staff was not so friendly. Ate at Big A's and it was excellent.
Communication and check in was flawless. Property was as described and very roomy for 4 adults and 2 children, however, the lighting needs to be brighter. Creek play and firepit were the star of our stay. Gas grill was a plus. This property is at the top of Saw Creek, which is nice for the backyard creek however, it adds 15 minutes to travel time to get out of the development. Cabin was immaculate and beautiful as were the grounds. We loved having the option of being able to use the pool. Being able to sit by the firepit at night was very relaxing.Our host was informative and always available to answer questions. A very nice weekend and highly recommended.

My husband and teen children enjoyed a 3 night getaway during Christmas break. We especially loved seeing a Christmas tree and having a little bit of snow! The cabin had everything we needed. We took walks by the river, had a pool tournament and enjoyed lots of movies! The kids loved the hot tub too! Thank you Eugene for quick responses! Happy New Year!

This was the most relaxing vacation we’ve ever had. Our own private creek access.clean Hot tub, fire pit, hammock all to enjoy. Our family including all ages and pups had the most wonderful time, we will def be back in the future!

Great place if you’re looking to kick back and relax this is the placer. A true log cabin, the kitchen was more than adequate had plenty of utensils pots and pans, etc. living room was comfortable with a flatscreen TV outside sitting areas porches both front and back patio and fire pit were great places to hang out and socialize.Self check was easy and no hassle. Highly recommend.

Had a great time. Kids got a mix of outdoor and indoor entertainment. Adults enjoyed the fire pit and the patio. Coming from California, we appreciated being surrounded by nature. Some of us are close to coming, others like glamping. This property gave a good balance to both. Kitchen was very usable. A few nitpicks that would enhance our experience a bit more the next time: 1. Patio furniture was dusty 2. Spider webs in some places 3. Not sure if the hosts can do something about it but the outdoor area had a lot of bugs and caterpillars probably due to the rain All in all, a memorable stay. Thanks for being a great host, will definitely recommend.

We just finished our second trip to this home and it really is the perfect spot! The backyard is beautiful and wonderfully set up for families. The unit is clean and well kept and has everything you need. The owner is very responsive. We are already looking forward to coming back!

We had a great time. The property has an amazing backyard perfect for relaxing by the fire and listening to the creek. The house has a rustic cabin feel, yet it has everything needed for a family vacation. The kitchen is well-stocked. We loved the individual AC/heating units in each room. We'll be back!

We rented this property to get with friend to celebrate birthday. The Cabin is spacious and cozy, located in nice neighborhood. The only inconvenience I want to mention, that there are only 2 bathrooms, and the one upstairs is in master bedroom, also it's a little dark in the hallway. Everything else is very nice.

All in all our stay was amazing and everything that was promised in the description . The house was clean and exactly as stated, along with the pictures. The scenery outside and the connivance of everything was just right. The only one complaint I had, the beds were not comfortable. With that being said, truly was my only complaint. I would stay there again. Lots to do in the area. Definitely do your research as so much books up ahead of time.

The cabin was perfect. It was a rustic cozy cabin. The only downfall was it was a little dark. There was not enough of it. We are over 50 so lighting is key. Hahaha. But i would recommend it to anyone. The pictures are exactly what it looks like. And Eugene was awesome.

We picked this property mostly bc of the backyard, and it did not disappoint! Being able to hear running water and a breathtaking view was perfect for us! The house was a beautiful log cabin with plenty of space for gathering.

The cabin was perfect. It was a rustic cozy cabin. The only downfall was it was a little dark. There was not enough of it. We are over 50 so lighting is key. Hahaha. But i would recommend it to anyone. The pictures are exactly what it looks like. And Eugene was awesome.

Cabin was immaculate and beautiful as were the grounds. We loved having the option of being able to use the pool. Being able to sit by the firepit at night was very relaxing.Our host was informative and always available to answer questions. A very nice weekend and highly recommended.

My husband and teen children enjoyed a 3 night getaway during Christmas break. We especially loved seeing a Christmas tree and having a little bit of snow! The cabin had everything we needed. We took walks by the river, had a pool tournament and enjoyed lots of movies! The kids loved the hot tub too! Thank you Eugene for quick responses! Happy New Year!

Great place if you’re looking to kick back and relax this is the placer. A true log cabin, the kitchen was more than adequate had plenty of utensils pots and pans, etc. living room was comfortable with a flatscreen TV outside sitting areas porches both front and back patio and fire pit were great places to hang out and socialize.Self check was easy and no hassle. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful time, our grandchildren would love to go there again. It was nice having the stream and woods right there. It is a very “rustic” cabin and vibe. The host was very interactive when needed.

It is a comfy house and enjoyable if your goal is relaxation. Having the stream right there is really nice. Very little to do with older teens/young adults. We have a pool so the community pool was not something we used. Hiking in water gap national park is really nice but that is about all there is (we were there in August). To go to the grocery store is about a 45 minute to hour round trip with having to go through the entrance booth. It is a 10 minute drive just to get in and out of saw creek. And, I would say “estates” is a term loosely used. About 50 percent of the homes are nice looking and kept up but the other half look very dated and run down. The community and local area is very dated. While our host was great and the home was cute we would not go again.

The place was amazing and exactly as described in the listing! My friends and I needed a place to chill and enjoy the wilderness and this fit the bill. We were hanging out drinking some coffee the first morning and saw this giant buck with a massive rack scraping the velvet off its antlers on a some branches above its head. The area was quiet and we walked directly from the back yard into the state forest. We didn't use any of the amenities of the complex but that's ok. The forest and view of the creek were more than enough. If you book this place, you won't regret it!

It was great to have the Delaware Water Gap in the back yard. The kids loved going out back and exploring. Lots of great memories by the fire. It was peaceful to sit outside and listen to the creek. House was very clean. Overall a very relaxing Spring break! Kids want to return in the summer when fishing is better!

Communication and check in was flawless. Property was as described and very roomy for 4 adults and 2 children, however, the lighting needs to be brighter. Creek play and firepit were the star of our stay. Gas grill was a plus. This property is at the top of Saw Creek, which is nice for the backyard creek however, it adds 15 minutes to travel time to get out of the development. Amenities were good but the staff was not so friendly. Ate at Big A's and it was excellent.

The property and home were beautiful! The location along the creek was so quiet and relaxing. Close to many activities within 15-30 minutes, along with the community amenities it was fantastic for the whole family. Would absolutely stay again! Thank you

This is our 3rd year coming to this location. It wasn’t the best weather, but we made the best of it. The place is clean, property is well taken care of, fabulous location, private, great woods to walk in. We will definitely go back again and again.

This was the most relaxing vacation we’ve ever had. Our own private creek access.clean Hot tub, fire pit, hammock all to enjoy. Our family including all ages and pups had the most wonderful time, we will def be back in the future!

Had a great time. Kids got a mix of outdoor and indoor entertainment. Adults enjoyed the fire pit and the patio. Coming from California, we appreciated being surrounded by nature. Some of us are close to coming, others like glamping. This property gave a good balance to both. Kitchen was very usable. A few nitpicks that would enhance our experience a bit more the next time: 1. Patio furniture was dusty 2. Spider webs in some places 3. Not sure if the hosts can do something about it but the outdoor area had a lot of bugs and caterpillars probably due to the rain All in all, a memorable stay. Thanks for being a great host, will definitely recommend.

We had a great time. The property has an amazing backyard perfect for relaxing by the fire and listening to the creek. The house has a rustic cabin feel, yet it has everything needed for a family vacation. The kitchen is well-stocked. We loved the individual AC/heating units in each room. We'll be back!

Great place on the edge of Delaware state forest. You can walk out the back door 20 yards and be within the forest boundary. Turkey were around strutting. Someone in our party got photos of a bear and we saw deer.Sitting by the picture window at the huge dining room table, right by the water or at the fire pit watching the creek and wildlife is very peaceful. Enjoyed our stay.

The cabin was overall nice but a few things let it down. There was a bit of garbage (left from other guests, most likely). Given the 250 cleaning fee I would expect a very clean property, this wasn't the case. The floors also were not clean. The firepit I had to clean out with help from my son. There were no bin bags, which is rather odd. My wife complained of a Smokey soot odor in the house. Probably due to having lot's of fireplaces, but personally for me it was ok. I liked the novelty of the cabin. Instructions throughout would have been nice though. We found the cabin to be nice and quiet after coming from the noise of NYC it was heaven! Overall, we really enjoyed the cabin, it was such a different experience. Thank you.
