Peaceful three bedroom house

Property is older, less well appointed, and less well maintained than it appears in the photos. We were disappointed as the property does not compare well to the many other properties that we have used at this same price point.

Great base for three creative cousins to attend the nearby Clunes Booktown Festival. After a busy day enjoying a jam-packed schedule of festival events, Gabriella’s house complete with its comfy couch, cute kitchen and dreamy soft beds was the perfect spot for us all to rest, relax and recharge so we could do it all again the next day! Thanks for having us.

It's a rustic house nestled in the trees but still an easy walk to town. For our purposes it was clean, and the the beds were comfortable for us and two of our adult children. Most importantly the air-conditioner helped us cope with the bout of hot weather experienced over the March long weekend It was located about 10km to the venue of the family reunion. We enjoyed an excellent dinner together at the Farmers Arms in Creswick on the night we arrived.

I stayed at the property with my husband and another couple. The four of us had a very comfortable stay! The place was clean, couch very comfortable, but most importantly was how comfortable the beds were! The host was so quick to respond to messages and it was an easy process. The house is located in a quiet but central location in Creswick. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to anyone.

Our family really enjoyed staying here over a weekend. The place was very clean and provided a relaxing and comfortable environment. Communication with the manager was also fantastic and she kindly provided us with breakfast :) Definitely not a deal breaker by any means, but if we did have to mention any cons, the stove could do with updating and a power point in the bathroom would be helpful. Overall great stay though, would highly recommend.
