Cozy Georgia Vacation Rental w/ Backyard & BBQ

We booked this property while attending a family reunion in Patterson, GA. The listing photos did not accurately represent the condition of the home.Cleanliness & Maintenance Issues:• The floors and carpet were visibly dirty and had not been vacuumed. • The bathroom, particularly the shower, was unsanitary. We did not feel comfortable using it. • Multiple air vents throughout the property were clogged with dust and debris. • We found dead insects on the curtains. • There were signs of deferred maintenance, including peeling paint, water stains on ceilings, and damaged tile work. • Due to cleanliness concerns, we chose not to use the provided dishes. The overall condition of the property caused significant discomfort during our stay.Location: The only positive aspect was the convenient location near Walmart and Kroger.Recommendation: I would not recommend this property until the host addresses the serious cleaning and maintenance issues. The photos I’ve attached reflect the actual condition upon arrival, which differed significantly from the online listing. We will not be returning.
