Everything listed in description is accurate. Excellent access to beach. Lovely short walk or bike ride. Wagons available. Loved having access to chairs and bikes. Kitchen is well stocked. We cooked most of our meals at home. Cole was responsive and quick to answer questions. Our family of 9 was very comfortable in all the rooms. We will definitely come back!!Great place to chill and bring the family together!

We stayed here with another family. There were two sets of adults and four children, ages, five, eight, 11, and 13. The location of this house cannot be beat. It was exactly as it was shown in the pictures, perhaps even a little bit better. In the morning, the light shone through the windows and created a very serene environment. The house is a very short bike ride to boardwalk 12. We rode there almost every day. It’s also a very short distance to the Night Heron Park. There are lots of activities for kids to do there, as well as families. We enjoyed the amenities of Kiawah Island , including having drinks at the Sanctyary, and having some meals both on and off the island. The house itself has a very large kitchen, with plenty of places for everybody to sit down and eat. The couch is very comfortable. All of the beds were very comfortable, as well. The addition of having a workout room was something we all enjoyed. The kitchen is really well stocked, in fact, they had an appliance for almost everything! (An air frye, regular coffee maker, keurig, slow cooker, microwave). We had one very minor issue, and it was addressed very quickly by the owner. He was incredibly responsive and attentive to our needs throughout the stay. One thing to mention for future guest is that the house has everything you need, including bicycles, beach chairs, linens, paper towels etc. We loved our stay and would definitely come back!

The home was exactly as described and the layout was perfect for accommodating three families. The two dining areas made it possible for all 10 of us to eat together. One small complaint is the lack of lighting in the dining area off the powder room. This area could use an additional light.The kitchen was well appointed with dinnerware, cookware, and storage containers for any leftovers. This house is in the perfect location for getting to the beach. There are plenty of bikes and helmets to choose from. There was even a bike that worked for our 6’7” son. The burley for the little one and wagons for beach equipment and coolers made getting to the beach quick and easy.Cole was very responsive and helpful when we reached out to him, and we appreciated the large map with directions and pinned locations. That made finding things on the island easy effortless.The grandchildren loved their bunk beds and the Nintendo gaming system (their first exposure), and they also loved the slack line. With 4 children in the house, we were happy to have the washer and dryer available.This was our first trip to Kiawah, but we are hoping it isn’t our last. The grandchildren already said they want to return to this house next year. I would definitely recommend this house. It’s a great place to relax with family and make wonderful memories.

I’ve stayed in many vacation rentals, but none can quite compare to “Salt Air” in Kiawah. I’ll touch first on the physical location of the house on the island. It is so convenient vs. staying somewhere more towards the Ocean Course for example. You’re a 6 minute drive to Freshfields for groceries, a short walk/bike ride to The Nest for coffee, a 3 minute bike ride to beach access. The house itself is tucked away on a quiet cul-de-sac, right next to a pond. As for the actual home, it truly felt like that, a home. Every single thing was thought of. There were coffee beans, extra toiletries, dishwasher pods, board games, beach chairs, bikes / helmets for the whole family (with tires fully inflated and a pump in case they weren’t), beach towels, etc. These little details made us feel so comfortable, at home and really able to fully relax. Communicating with Cole, was like having my own personal concierge. I received a response in just a few minutes anytime I sent a message. My wife forgot her hair dryer, so I messaged to see if there was one there. He said yes but sometimes it gets moved around by guests. Just in case, he ordered one to the house to make sure my wife had a hair dryer. We were blown away by that level of service, pun intended. All in all, you will not regret staying at “Salt Air.” The house is gorgeous. Everything was easy. It encourages you to relax, disconnect and be with your family and/or friends. I would absolutely recommend this home to anyone! 10/10!!

We loved the house! It had so much space for our family of 10. It’s newly redecorated and beautiful! Loved the two master suites. The kitchen was well stocked with dinnerware and cookware, which we loved since we cook big family dinners. The bikes and exercise equipment were great. We want to give a huge shoutout to Cole for taking good care of us as we were at the house during. Tropical Storm Debby. He kept us updated and aware of everything happening and checked on us regularly. We really appreciate him!

We loved staying at Salty Air! The house is perfect for family hosting. We have a toddler and 3 older kids (8-12), and it was perfect for them. Bikes, helmets, hoop, basketballs, wagons, beach chairs, baby cups, high chair, pack n play, sand toys. You really don’t need anything, but groceries. The quality of bedding and towels are also worth noting. Everyone slept well. Great home!

This property exceeded our expectations in every category! Just a short drive in from the gate, this gorgeously remodeled 5 bedroom home was a wonderful haven for our extended family of 9. 5 adults and 4 teenagers, we had plenty of space to spread out and relax, or hang out together. 2 master suites, two dining areas, well appointed kitchen and a garage full of bikes for all of us to use. A trunk full of board games, a peloton, a giant bald eagles nest outside the house. I could go on and on. A short bike ride to the beach or to the Nest Market, fantastic location. The kids and adults loved playing basketball outside as well. The pictures do not do this wonderful place justice, it’s exceptionally gorgeous in person. The host was super friendly and responsive, we loved every minute of our vacation and cannot wait to stay here again. The welcome basket was also a lovely touch. Of all the places we’ve stayed in Kiawah, this was our absolute favorite! Quick drive to Freshfields as well for shopping or dining. A++++++

We’ve been renting places at kiawah for years. This was an exceptional house for our group of 8. The location was an easy bike ride to everything on the island. The newly renovated Master bed and bath was super nice and great closet space with shelves. I loved the peloton and used it several times during the week. Having access to extra beach chairs and bikes was amazing. The kitchen was fully stocked. The owner was great communicating with us and extremely helpful with any needs we had. To top it all off when we left we forgot an expensive workout bar and the owner shipped it out for us right away! Would definitely stay here again and recommend for large families.

We had a wonderful week at this beautiful home. The house was even more beautiful than the pictures. Communication with our host, Cole, was excellent. He went above board to ensure we had all that we needed for a fantastic week! We loved having two primary bedrooms for our big family with adult children and grandchildren. The fleet of bikes in the garage available for the guests’ use along with other beach toys was such a help for us! We especially enjoyed bike rides, beach time, checking out the marsh view tower near the house, and bike rides to Java Java for a frozen chai latte. We’ll be back and will definitely rent this home again!

We have enjoyed our second vacation at this property. Communication is great and the home is perfect. The rooms are quiet and amenities were just perfect. Having the bikes available is a real plus. We loved the remodel and additional bedroom. Everything was clean and home well cared for.

The rooms were spacious with plenty of seating for all of us. We had small children with us, and the sleeping arrangements were perfect for them. The kitchen was well equipped. We would have loved a tea pitcher and a big pot for spaghetti night, but it wasn’t a hardship at all. We loved that there were plenty of blankets and pillow options. Having bikes to use was an extra that we really enjoyed. The house was super clean, and that was important to us. We would definitely come back to Salt Air. Cole was a wonderful host with great, prompt communication.

This house was just perfect for my family! We had 6 adults and 3 kids (5 years, 2 years and 4 months). Adults and kids had their own rooms. We could walk to the beach and playground and nature center. The house was so clean and well stocked. It had everything we needed. Bikes, toys and pack and play for the baby. The older kids loved the bunk beds & trundle bed. The owner was also very responsive to my texts prior to coming with questions about the house and area. Would highly recommend this house and beautiful island!!

A trunk full of board games, a peloton, a giant bald eagles nest outside the house. I could go on and on. A short bike ride to the beach or to the Nest Market, fantastic location. The kids and adults loved playing basketball outside as well. The pictures do not do this wonderful place justice, it’s exceptionally gorgeous in person. The host was super friendly and responsive, we loved every minute of our vacation and cannot wait to stay here again. The welcome basket was also a lovely touch. Of all the places we’ve stayed in Kiawah, this was our absolute favorite! Quick drive to Freshfields as well for shopping or dining. A++++++

Everything was as represented in the listing and photos. Nice location near the beach, just a short 6 minute bike ride away using the bikes that came with the house. The set up was perfect for our two families with adult children. Loved the ample hang out space, two en suite bedrooms, and having both a breakfast table and dining table.

We have enjoyed our second vacation at this property. Communication is great and the home is perfect. The rooms are quiet and amenities were just perfect. Having the bikes available is a real plus. We loved the remodel and additional bedroom. Everything was clean and home well cared for.

The house was perfect for our family. The location is perfectly located, right near the Nest and nature Center, the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, the beds were very comfortable, and most of all the owner was extremely accessible.The layout of the house was perfect for us, the big bedroom/playroom was great for our two grandchildren to play in. The first floor had a master bedroom with a king sized en-suite, very comfortable bed for my husband and I, and the second floor had a master with a king sized en-suite bedroom for my daughter and son-in-law and two more bedrooms for our two grandchildren. It was the perfect layout for us. It’s rare you find two master bedrooms and with king beds is quite a plus for us.They also had bikes for everyone. We stayed here with another family. There were two sets of adults and four children, ages, five, eight, 11, and 13. The location of this house cannot be beat. It was exactly as it was shown in the pictures, perhaps even a little bit better. In the morning, the light shone through the windows and created a very serene environment. The house is a very short bike ride to boardwalk 12. We rode there almost every day. It’s also a very short distance to the Night Heron Park. There are lots of activities for kids to do there, as well as families. We enjoyed the amenities of Kiawah Island , including having drinks at the Sanctyary, and having some meals both on and off the island. The house itself has a very large kitchen, with plenty of places for everybody to sit down and eat. The couch is very comfortable. All of the beds were very comfortable, as well. The addition of having a workout room was something we all enjoyed. The kitchen is really well stocked, in fact, they had an appliance for almost everything! (An air frye, regular coffee maker, keurig, slow cooker, microwave). We had one very minor issue, and it was addressed very quickly by the owner. He was incredibly responsive and attentive to our needs throughout the stay. One thing to mention for future guest is that the house has everything you need, including bicycles, beach chairs, linens, paper towels etc. We loved our stay and would definitely come back!

I’ve stayed in many vacation rentals, but none can quite compare to “Salt Air” in Kiawah. I’ll touch first on the physical location of the house on the island. It is so convenient vs. staying somewhere more towards the Ocean Course for example. You’re a 6 minute drive to Freshfields for groceries, a short walk/bike ride to The Nest for coffee, a 3 minute bike ride to beach access. The house itself is tucked away on a quiet cul-de-sac, right next to a pond. As for the actual home, it truly felt like that, a home. Every single thing was thought of. There were coffee beans, extra toiletries, dishwasher pods, board games, beach chairs, bikes / helmets for the whole family (with tires fully inflated and a pump in case they weren’t), beach towels, etc. These little details made us feel so comfortable, at home and really able to fully relax. Communicating with Cole, was like having my own personal concierge. I received a response in just a few minutes anytime I sent a message. My wife forgot her hair dryer, so I messaged to see if there was one there. He said yes but sometimes it gets moved around by guests. Just in case, he ordered one to the house to make sure my wife had a hair dryer. We were blown away by that level of service, pun intended. All in all, you will not regret staying at “Salt Air.” The house is gorgeous. Everything was easy. It encourages you to relax, disconnect and be with your family and/or friends. I would absolutely recommend this home to anyone! 10/10!!

We visit Kiawah multiple times a year and this has been one of our favorite houses. The location is great - quick bike ride to Night Heron, Nest, Sanctuary, etc. and boardwalk 18 was easy to get to and has access to restrooms! The house was roomy and my kids ages 6, 8 and 10 enjoyed the outdoor activities at the house. Updated primary suite was really nice and soaker tub with TV was a nice touch that I looked forward to after long days at the beach. We will be back!

We loved the house! It had so much space for our family of 10. It’s newly redecorated and beautiful! Loved the two master suites. The kitchen was well stocked with dinnerware and cookware, which we loved since we cook big family dinners. The bikes and exercise equipment were great. We want to give a huge shoutout to Cole for taking good care of us as we were at the house during. Tropical Storm Debby. He kept us updated and aware of everything happening and checked on us regularly. We really appreciate him!

The rooms were spacious with plenty of seating for all of us. We had small children with us, and the sleeping arrangements were perfect for them. The kitchen was well equipped. We would have loved a tea pitcher and a big pot for spaghetti night, but it wasn’t a hardship at all. We loved that there were plenty of blankets and pillow options. Having bikes to use was an extra that we really enjoyed. The house was super clean, and that was important to us. We would definitely come back to Salt Air. Cole was a wonderful host with great, prompt communication.

The home was exactly as described and the layout was perfect for accommodating three families. The two dining areas made it possible for all 10 of us to eat together. One small complaint is the lack of lighting in the dining area off the powder room. This area could use an additional light.The kitchen was well appointed with dinnerware, cookware, and storage containers for any leftovers. This house is in the perfect location for getting to the beach. There are plenty of bikes and helmets to choose from. There was even a bike that worked for our 6’7” son. The burley for the little one and wagons for beach equipment and coolers made getting to the beach quick and easy.Cole was very responsive and helpful when we reached out to him, and we appreciated the large map with directions and pinned locations. That made finding things on the island easy effortless.The grandchildren loved their bunk beds and the Nintendo gaming system (their first exposure), and they also loved the slack line. With 4 children in the house, we were happy to have the washer and dryer available.This was our first trip to Kiawah, but we are hoping it isn’t our last. The grandchildren already said they want to return to this house next year. I would definitely recommend this house. It’s a great place to relax with family and make wonderful memories.

This house was just perfect for my family! We had 6 adults and 3 kids (5 years, 2 years and 4 months). Adults and kids had their own rooms. We could walk to the beach and playground and nature center. The house was so clean and well stocked. It had everything we needed. Bikes, toys and pack and play for the baby. The older kids loved the bunk beds & trundle bed. The owner was also very responsive to my texts prior to coming with questions about the house and area. Would highly recommend this house and beautiful island!!

My children, my parents and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home. The layout of the house is perfect for a larger group and different age ranges. My kids loved the bikes and obstacle course. We had one issue while we were there and the owner responded promptly, went above and beyond, and had everything resolved by the end of the day. Highly recommend!

We throughly enjoyed our stay at this house— the best house we have stayed at in Kiawah! The house had everything we needed and plenty of room and comfortable beds. Also plenty of great bikes and a quick bike ride to the beach was amazing!Cole always responded quickly with any questions we had… the best host! We really appreciate everything.Only suggestion we have would be to mark the bikes with a colored sticker or an address so they wouldn’t get confused with other bikes at the boardwalk parking at the beach.

The house is a very short bike ride to boardwalk 12. We rode there almost every day. It’s also a very short distance to the Night Heron Park. There are lots of activities for kids to do there, as well as families. We enjoyed the amenities of Kiawah Island , including having drinks at the Sanctyary, and having some meals both on and off the island. The house itself has a very large kitchen, with plenty of places for everybody to sit down and eat. The couch is very comfortable. All of the beds were very comfortable, as well. The addition of having a workout room was something we all enjoyed. The kitchen is really well stocked, in fact, they had an appliance for almost everything! (An air frye, regular coffee maker, keurig, slow cooker, microwave). We had one very minor issue, and it was addressed very quickly by the owner. He was incredibly responsive and attentive to our needs throughout the stay. One thing to mention for future guest is that the house has everything you need, including bicycles, beach chairs, linens, paper towels etc. We loved our stay and would definitely come back!

I’ve stayed in many vacation rentals, but none can quite compare to “Salt Air” in Kiawah. I’ll touch first on the physical location of the house on the island. It is so convenient vs. staying somewhere more towards the Ocean Course for example. You’re a 6 minute drive to Freshfields for groceries, a short walk/bike ride to The Nest for coffee, a 3 minute bike ride to beach access. The house itself is tucked away on a quiet cul-de-sac, right next to a pond. As for the actual home, it truly felt like that, a home. Every single thing was thought of. There were coffee beans, extra toiletries, dishwasher pods, board games, beach chairs, bikes / helmets for the whole family (with tires fully inflated and a pump in case they weren’t), beach towels, etc. These little details made us feel so comfortable, at home and really able to fully relax. Communicating with Cole, was like having my own personal concierge. I received a response in just a few minutes anytime I sent a message. My wife forgot her hair dryer, so I messaged to see if there was one there. He said yes but sometimes it gets moved around by guests. Just in case, he ordered one to the house to make sure my wife had a hair dryer. We were blown away by that level of service, pun intended. All in all, you will not regret staying at “Salt Air.” The house is gorgeous. Everything was easy. It encourages you to relax, disconnect and be with your family and/or friends. I would absolutely recommend this home to anyone! 10/10!!

Our family throughly enjoyed our stay! The house was welcoming and easy to get around in. We used the bikes for morning rides on the beach and the boogie boards for fun in the water. Charleston was an easy ride and an amazing place to visit. We went to the South Carolina Aquarium and had a blast. The nature center on the island was fun and we made some tie-dyed shirts while there.

We throughly enjoyed our stay at this house— the best house we have stayed at in Kiawah! The house had everything we needed and plenty of room and comfortable beds. Also plenty of great bikes and a quick bike ride to the beach was amazing!Cole always responded quickly with any questions we had… the best host! We really appreciate everything.Only suggestion we have would be to mark the bikes with a colored sticker or an address so they wouldn’t get confused with other bikes at the boardwalk parking at the beach.

Everything was as represented in the listing and photos. Nice location near the beach, just a short 6 minute bike ride away using the bikes that came with the house. The set up was perfect for our two families with adult children. Loved the ample hang out space, two en suite bedrooms, and having both a breakfast table and dining table.

Everything listed in description is accurate. Excellent access to beach. Lovely short walk or bike ride. Wagons available. Loved having access to chairs and bikes. Kitchen is well stocked. We cooked most of our meals at home. Cole was responsive and quick to answer questions. Our family of 9 was very comfortable in all the rooms. The home was exactly as described and the layout was perfect for accommodating three families. The two dining areas made it possible for all 10 of us to eat together. One small complaint is the lack of lighting in the dining area off the powder room. This area could use an additional light.The kitchen was well appointed with dinnerware, cookware, and storage containers for any leftovers. This house is in the perfect location for getting to the beach. There are plenty of bikes and helmets to choose from. There was even a bike that worked for our 6’7” son. The burley for the little one and wagons for beach equipment and coolers made getting to the beach quick and easy.Cole was very responsive and helpful when we reached out to him, and we appreciated the large map with directions and pinned locations. That made finding things on the island easy effortless.The grandchildren loved their bunk beds and the Nintendo gaming system (their first exposure), and they also loved the slack line. With 4 children in the house, we were happy to have the washer and dryer available.This was our first trip to Kiawah, but we are hoping it isn’t our last. The grandchildren already said they want to return to this house next year. I would definitely recommend this house. It’s a great place to relax with family and make wonderful memories.

We loved the house! It had so much space for our family of 10. It’s newly redecorated and beautiful! Loved the two master suites. The kitchen was well stocked with dinnerware and cookware, which we loved since we cook big family dinners. The bikes and exercise equipment were great. We want to give a huge shoutout to Cole for taking good care of us as we were at the house during. Tropical Storm Debby. He kept us updated and aware of everything happening and checked on us regularly. We really appreciate him!

Home exactly as described. We had a large family group and the home has plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The dining area was perfect for meals and games! This property exceeded our expectations in every category! Just a short drive in from the gate, this gorgeously remodeled 5 bedroom home was a wonderful haven for our extended family of 9. 5 adults and 4 teenagers, we had plenty of space to spread out and relax, or hang out together. 2 master suites, two dining areas, well appointed kitchen and a garage full of bikes for all of us to use. A trunk full of board games, a peloton, a giant bald eagles nest outside the house. I could go on and on. A short bike ride to the beach or to the Nest Market, fantastic location. The kids and adults loved playing basketball outside as well. The pictures do not do this wonderful place justice, it’s exceptionally gorgeous in person. The host was super friendly and responsive, we loved every minute of our vacation and cannot wait to stay here again. The welcome basket was also a lovely touch. Of all the places we’ve stayed in Kiawah, this was our absolute favorite! Quick drive to Freshfields as well for shopping or dining. A++++++

We had a wonderful week at this beautiful home. The house was even more beautiful than the pictures. Communication with our host, Cole, was excellent. He went above board to ensure we had all that we needed for a fantastic week! We loved having two primary bedrooms for our big family with adult children and grandchildren. The fleet of bikes in the garage available for the guests’ use along with other beach toys was such a help for us! We especially enjoyed bike rides, beach time, checking out the marsh view tower near the house, and bike rides to Java Java for a frozen chai latte. We’ll be back and will definitely rent this home again!

This was our 4th time staying at this location and it was a lovely time as always. Easy to bike to the beach or Nest for coffee/snacks. The kitchen is well set up for cooking and layout is good for our family. The office off the kitchen provides a nice quiet area to read or work if you unfortunately need to work.

The keys to enter the home were a bit tricky. Recommend a keyless code entry, especially when the door locks behind you. The deck could benefit from a refinish coating of polyurethane? Host was very accommodating and responsive!

The owner was great about responding to questions prior to our trip. However, we still didn’t realize we were staying within a huge resort where amenities are reserved for resort guests only. Nonetheless, at owner’s suggestion we booked bikes through Alligator Bikes and this was an absolute must. Biking is easy and safe on Kiawah. Beach access was also pretty easy, a five minute ride. The house is pretty and comfortable. Nice Apple TV setup. We loved the green sunroom! Overall we had a fun time exploring the beaches and spending time in this beautiful area.
