Condo was clean and neat and comfortable. Linens are getting a bit worn, but overall we love this rental. We’ve rented a couple of time here and wouldn’t hesitate to return.

My husband, autistic daughter, and in-laws stayed at the Landing for a few days. We felt safe, the neighbors we met were friendly, and we got to observe jellyfish and blue herons at the waterside. The managers for the property checked in with me all the way up to out stay and during it. I highly recommend this condo.

We chose this location because it is close to friends who own a condo next door. It is close to the bay but the beach is quite a walk away. The unit had everything we needed. Shopping and restaurants close. Bed comfortable. Plenty of space for our group of 3 adults. I recommend this for a reasonable stay near the bay.
