Charming 2 Bedroom Home Away From Home Apartment

Had I known this property was the bottom level of a resident I would have not stayed here. The host complained about noise my kids were making while playing a games and multiple times he would ask how many guests are there. I had niece and best friend come over twice or so within the week I was there being that I haven’t seen them in 6 years to have drinks and listen to music. We did play music but never had a party and multiple times I was asked if we are having a party. For the amount of money I paid I should be entitled to enjoy my vacation as I please with the respect of the rules which I did. Never again will I stay here.

Property was as advertised. It was clean and Mark was very accommodating. It would have been ideal to have more channels on TV to watch and more utensils, pots and pans to cook with but overall it was fine.

We rented this one because it was listed as a 2 bedroom with one and a HALF baths. Upon arrival, we found only one full bath. I asked the host what happened to the half bath as there was a door boarded up, but didn’t receive a response. Parking was unclear. We were 4 adults for four nights, only 4 bath towels and 4 wash cloths were provided. I messaged the host asking for additional linens and they were provided. Renters should be aware this is a bottom level apartment with a family unit above you, so there is noise above you. You will hear walking, running, talking and yelling. It is very convenient to the Babylon Long Island Railroad. We enjoyed the Infinity Diner and Nunzio’s Italian Restaurant. A few suggestions for the host would be to provide additional bathroom linens hand towels, kitchen wash cloths and towels. Provide clear parking information when you send the code for entry. Provide information for the renters of what is expected from them upon departure.

We were very pleased with this property! Everything was just as pictured and clean. Nice, private entrance and plenty of space for our family. We would definitely stay here again.
