We truly were impressed with the house, the neighborhood and the proximity to the grocery store and key areas we needed to go to. The girls enjoyed the pool and the boys enjoyed fishing in the creek. The adults enjoyed sitting on the patio after a long day of activities. The host is generous with amenities including games, coffee supplies and such. She was very responsive to any questions we had. I was personally impressed with how clean the large home was with it passing several of my spot wipes on the floor. The loft bedroom is charming but the tiny bathroom not best for big / tall people. I loved this home!

This house was exactly what my large extended family needed to celebrate a close wedding at the Woodbine Mansion in Round Rock. Well maintained and spacious. Close to downtown and any of your daily needs are minutes away. From the massive fridge/freezer combo, double dishwashers, additional fridge in the garage, 3 full bathrooms, pool and more this rental checked all boxes for us plus more. We absolutely loved staying here! It was the perfect home to host 10 women for our friend’s bachelorette party (one of the few homes we found that actually allowed parties). The home is clean, spacious, even came equipped with a bin full of cowboy hats and other props perfect for photos. Beautiful pool and backyard, overlooking the creek. The property manager, Shanna, was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely recommend!

My daughter wanted a fun house to host her bachelorette party of myself and two friends, her sisters and many of her friends. We ended up with a party of 12. The house was perfect for it. The host has thought of everything to include such as mirrors, games, party hats and bar supplies, floaties for the pool, etc. She also had EVERYTHING and then some, for the kitchen. Checkin was very convenient. The house layout was great. The older adults were able to sleep on one side of the house, away from the noise, allowing the younger adults to party a bit later. The living room has a massive couch that was great for socializing as a large group. The pool was very nice and the creek was very peaceful. Great VRBO!

This property was perfect for our needs! We particularly liked the wonderful pool, beautiful backyard, and amazing kitchen which was so well stocked and had a professional size refrigerator/freezer and 2 dishwashers! We would definitely stay there again!

We were a group of six high school friends, 60 years of age, looking for a relaxing weekend. This home was perfect for that! Exactly as advertised with many other amenities like games, cornhole, and outdoor Jenga, and pool floaties. We really enjoyed the pool and the great view of the creek. It was really nice to have the convenient creek trail to walk every day. Huge fridge and freezer for all the supplies! Comfortable beds and plenty of room for everyone! Many late night talks snuggled on the three large sofas in the living room. Would definitely stay here again!

The property was perfect for our stay during a summer baseball tournament. The kids loved their time in the pool and caught fish after fish. Shanna was so tentative, responsive, and cooperative. We felt welcome from the minute we arrived.

We loved this house! There were plenty of towels and toiletries, the house was clean and roomy, amd the kids had fun swimming and fishing. The location was great for the basketball tournament we came to participate in. We were amazed by the big refrigerator and extra beds. Overall we would love to come back again. We were in town for a family wedding. We were so blessed to find a place where our whole immediate family could stay together. Everyone from the oldest to the youngest had a wonderful time. The pool was a great hit with the children. The host was great to communicate with and the property well kept and clean.

We loved our stay in this beautiful home right on a large fish filled creek. The home was large clean and comfortable for 11 of us celebrating my nephews graduation. We were out and about the majority of our stay but the younger kids couldnt wait to get back to fish the creek in the large parklike backyard whils ghe adults enjoyed some drinks on the large comfy patio. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

We enjoyed our stay! The place was perfect for our large families to meet up for Christmas. Lots of room in living room to spread out and lots on beds. Pool was nice only used it 2 times as temps were in the 70’s this December. The only things I felt could have been better would be a TV in a couple of the bedrooms. My elderly parents missed having this. Also places to hang clothes in 2 of the bedrooms there was not a rack or closet to use. The 3rd restroom on the top floor is TINY, we were happy to have it but it would not work well for an elderly person or a very large person, but you still had 2 full bathrooms on the main floor. I would book this place again, we loved it! Hosts were responsive too!

We had an incredible weekend stay! The house was perfect for my youngest sister’s bachelorette. The loft full bedroom is on its own side of the house so it was perfect for me and my middle sister to go to bed early! Lol The bar window opens to the pool! Also the space and pool is much bigger than pictured. If I ever come back to Austin I will keep this house in mind! Thank you Shanna!

We enjoyed our stay! The place was perfect for our large families to meet up for Christmas. Lots of room in living room to spread out and lots on beds. Pool was nice only used it 2 times as temps were in the 70’s this December. The only things I felt could have been better would be a TV in a couple of the bedrooms. My elderly parents missed having this. Also places to hang clothes in 2 of the bedrooms there was not a rack or closet to use. The 3rd restroom on the top floor is TINY, we were happy to have it but it would not work well for an elderly person or a very large person, but you still had 2 full bathrooms on the main floor. I would book this place again, we loved it! Hosts were responsive too!

We truly were impressed with the house, the neighborhood and the proximity to the grocery store and key areas we needed to go to. The girls enjoyed the pool and the boys enjoyed fishing in the creek. The adults enjoyed sitting on the patio after a long day of activities. The host is generous with amenities including games, coffee supplies and such. She was very responsive to any questions we had. I was personally impressed with how clean the large home was with it passing several of my spot wipes on the floor. The loft bedroom is charming but the tiny bathroom not best for big / tall people. I loved this home!

I really enjoyed my stay here! The neighborhood was super nice and quiet, which made it easy to relax. The pool was awesome—clean and great for hanging out.The hosts were very friendly and easy to talk to. They answered quickly and made sure everything went well during my stay.Overall, it was a great place to stay, and I’d definitely come back again!

LOTS of room! Plenty of space for sleeping, eating & relaxing. The pool is great. Big enough to have tons of fun. Host is very responsive. Neighborhood is quiet and very safe. Close to grocery store, restaurants & gas stations. Would absolutely stay here again.

House had all the amenities needed and then some, relaxing poolside and creek views. Property was within driving range for all to enjoy surrounding things to do. We showed up early and for unseen reasons, had to leave late and Shanna was very helpful and understanding in accommodating. Would recommend this property for enjoyable getaway.

The property was perfect for our stay during a summer baseball tournament. The kids loved their time in the pool and caught fish after fish. Shanna was so tentative, responsive, and cooperative. We felt welcome from the minute we arrived.

We had a wonderful time! Would definitely recommend. Shanna responded quickly to all questions /concerns. The property was beautiful and had plenty of room. So thankful I found this little gem for my family to stay in when they came down for my daughters wedding.

Everything was wonderful! House has everything you need to make your stay perfect. Comfortable beds and pillows, best stocked kitchen I have stayed in, and plenty of room. Communication qas excellent.

We were in town for a family wedding. We were so blessed to find a place where our whole immediate family could stay together. Everyone from the oldest to the youngest had a wonderful time. The pool was a great hit with the children. The host was great to communicate with and the property well kept and clean.

We loved this house! There were plenty of towels and toiletries, the house was clean and roomy, amd the kids had fun swimming and fishing. This house was exactly what my large extended family needed to celebrate a close wedding at the Woodbine Mansion in Round Rock. Well maintained and spacious. Close to downtown and any of your daily needs are minutes away. From the massive fridge/freezer combo, double dishwashers, additional fridge in the garage, 3 full bathrooms, pool and more this rental checked all boxes for us plus more. From relaxing in the morning with coffee by the pool, to reminiscing in the evenings before bed, this home had all you needs to sit back and enjoy with your loved ones and make more memories.

Thank you for a beautiful property. The pool is lovely and the creek is closer to the house than I expected which turned out great for fishing. We even caught two fish! The house is large and spacious. We were so comfortable eating and playing games around the table. Overall we had a lovely experience!

We had a large group including 11 people and the property was easily able to accommodate everyone. One thing we didn’t expect was the opportunity to do some fishing in the creek behind the house. That was so much fun for the kids, and adults too! Plenty of towels for the pool and seating to sit and relax and visit with our group. Thanks for a great stay!
