Great place to stay! This is our second time here. The location is perfect being so close to the Spirit terminal. Its super clean & spacious, with terrific views from the garden. Alice is also a very friendly host.

We came up to attend dog shows in Ulverstone so we only spent the nights at Alice by the Sea. The accommodation was clean, well equipped, quiet and convenient. There was room undercover to park the dog trailer and it was easy to check on the dogs overnight. Good walks for the dogs close by so they could be exercised before and after the shows. There was an issue with communication of check in details prior to our arrival but that was minor. Would certainly stay again.

Enjoyed the stay, clean and tidy facilities and very well equipped. Alice was quick to fix issue with hot water. Bbq does need replacing as knobs/lighting doesn’t work.

Alice thought of everything ! She is a very experienced and generous hostess. Our stay was lovely - bed a tad softer than mine but very manageable. Free onsite parking was a bonus as well - we wish her well in her future plans.

Old but adequately equipped for a comfortable stay at Devonport to explore the local area. The nearby beach was lovely for the dog and to explore at sunset. Had a lovely time at leven canyon and Gunn caves nearby and wineries.

Alice was a perfect host ,always available and nothing too much trouble.The place was right on the beach front with dog park and walking track on your doorstep. There was nothing you needed all available.Clean and very tidy with gardens for your pets or to sit out in . Big bbq also available . Would recommend highly .

The location is superb and the host was very charming and extremely friendly and helpful. The living area was spacious and off-street parking is a plus. Shops, cafes, etc. are easy to access from this location. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this apartment in East Devonport.
