Sunset | Covered Porch + Walk to the Beach!

Had trouble finding sign not plain need to inform people to bring auto dish pods and dish detergent not provided sil erware not clean inthe drawers knives are in bad shape will not cut anything nails and screws on porch are dangerous coming up through the rug bad for kids with barefeet could use gates for safety at steps

Stayed for july 4th weekend with the family. Great location close to the beach, short walk. Inside of place was ok, beds need to be updated, 1 bathroom for 3 bedrooms or 6 people, was tough. We did use outdoor shower, although the way the place is laid out it appears that the outdoor shower is only for one of the duplex units. Also, the trash can situation was not good, need more than 1 container or communication on alternate trash disposal. Ours was full before we checked in from the previous renters. Outdoor space under the unit could be a great area to hang out with some entertainment additions, lighting, TV, seating, etc..

Quick walk to the beach. Wish there were some extra trash bags and toilet paper. Most of what you need is there.

We really enjoyed our time spent at this cozy beach house. The interior gives the feeling of a grandma & grandpa cottage, with an eclectic, somewhat hodgepodge style. We loved the location and enjoyed the beautiful sound-side views of the sunset on the deck every evening. One piece of feedback would be to install doorknobs with locks on the bedroom doorknobs. One of the rooms is only accessible through another bedroom or the outside and it would have been nice to have more privacy.

Liked the view of the sound. Improvements in bathroom and kitchen would make it even better. A few more hooks (eg on back of door) for towels and close would be helpful, plus toilet paper holder (eg floor stand) would make it easier; add exhaust fan. Kitchen has no exhaust fan. Can opener would be nice.
