The house was in the perfect location. Right on the sound with a sandy area at low tide and a short walk to the beach. The deck has a gate which was a great bonus as we could sit outside with our dogs and have them off leash. The house was great for the dogs nice little yard for doing business and playing ball. The dock was great for getting in the water and swimming and floating. We saw dolphins from the deck. The house has a nice kitchen stocked with the essentials. The fridge is a good size. We spent most of our time on the deck, water, or over at the beach. The walk to the beach is maybe 5 minutes and there is a nice walkway ramp over the dune, great for our beach cart. We rented a kayak from 50 South Surf shop. They dropped it off and picked it up. It was the perfect addition to our stay. Super easy getting it in and out of the water via the dock. The inlet is nice and gentle with a minimal current making it a nice easy relaxing kayaking spot. Highly recommend this for your next beach vacation.

We had a great weekend at this house! The view and location were perfect. There was plenty of room and the sunset’s couldn’t get better. It was perfect for kids too. We will stay here again!
