Malibu Pointe Beach Club 606 - Across The Street From The Ocean! Sleeps 12 guests!

If only the carpets were clean! Our feet were black due to the dirty, dirty carpet. We just wore our shoes through out our stay and laid a sheet over the carpet so we could sit and put kites together. Also a 1qt sauce pan is all we had to make food in shifts due to we could only cook one dish at a time. There were several fry pans and one lid for 5 fry pans. Would I take this room again? Absolutely, the problems found were minor inconveniences.

This condo could be very nice if the owner would put a little time and effort into the unit. My major complaint was the carpet in the living room. We could not walk on it without shoes because the bottom of our feet became black with dirt. It was as if we walked on the street barefooted! We did not allow the children to sit on the carpet. The instructions for the refrigerator were a full page long, the air conditioner stopped running after 3 days, one of the bathroom sinks was clogged and the toilets started running. The real kicker is the comment at the end of the refrigerator rules that states the renter will be charged for any unnecessary service calls! I will not be staying at this particular unit again.
