6BR Home w/ Pool - Spooky Nook/MiamiU/KingsIsland

This house was a perfect location to host our gathering. It has several places to stretch out, to enjoy the pool and fireplace, and to prepare meals. The house is well outfitted in the kitchen and basement game room. And Hamilton is a terrific town with many activities.

Only downside related to the kids ability to play the PS4. The controllers were not synced with the unit and we did not have to correct cord to connect them. Overall, not a big deal.

This house was perfect for our stay. It was clean, spacious and provided plenty of room to hang out. The basement was a hit with the kids, who enjoyed playing with all of the games provided. The large, and well-stocked, kitchen allowed for easy preparation of meals. The backyard set up provided plenty of space to eat and relax. Everything was really well taken care of and Amy’s communication throughout the whole process was appreciated and full of tips. We would absolutely book again.

Our annual MLK Jr weekend friends trip had a great time. The house is a short drive to tons of fun things to do and our hosts were fantastic at answering any questions we had along the way! Our group of 12 adults was a little big for the house as the bunkbeds felt more appropriately sized for kids/teens but it was completely manageable. The rooms by the kitchen and abive the garage were definitely cooler than the others so keep that in mind when deciding who sleeps where. Over we had an amazing weekend & the house worked great for us!

It is a beautiful house with many amenities. We enjoyed the pool and had very comfortable beds. The rental is well located and the communication with the owner was great. We had a wonderful time on our girl trip!! This was our second stay here so you know we would highly recommend it.
