The house was spectacular and in an excellent location to celebrate our daughter's graduation. It was equipped with everything we needed. Also, parking availability made it easy for us with 2 cars inside the garage and 3 in the driveway. The roof top was a great place to watch the sunset each evening. This place provided us with cherished memories that will not be forgotten.

We had a family gathering in Huntington Beach and this home was our meeting place. It was very close to the beach and the pier, as well as a wonderful coffee shop less than a block away. The house was immaculate and had a wonderful kitchen and a nice dining area. The sleeping arrangements were nice, with several comfortable beds. Oh and I forgot to mention the lovely master bathroom complete with a Roman tub as well as a steam sauna/shower. Exquisite!! Hopefully, we can return in the future and enjoy another lovely stay. Thank you, M!!

This home is one of the closest houses to the beach, restaurants & shops! Steps away from Sanchos, 602Coffee house and Angry Al’s. The food did not disappoint. The front courtyard was adorable and our family enjoyed sitting there with the fire pit in the evening. The house was so clean and spacious. Loved that we had a washer and dryer available to wash our clothes and towels when needed. The garage was clean and they also have ample parking behind the garage. They have several beach chairs and boogie boards for use. Also, a huge dining room table! This home is perfect for a large family. Wi-fi worked perfectly for all of us. Which is great because my husband had to work from the home and he didn’t have any issues. A few nights we walked around Main Street which is one block away and my husband and I enjoyed waking up early and taking a walk along the coast. The host was quick to reply and was super helpful!! Beautiful house right next to the beach, not to mention very close to multiple restaurants and convenience stores. We loved the roof and 3 fire places as well as the multiple balconies and patio. We were surprised that there was a cooler and beach chairs available which really helped make out stay. My only suggestion would be to have more pillows with different levels of firmness for different sleepers. Awesome place. Would definitely stay again!

What a great trip! The house worked perfect for our group of eight adults and one two year-old. Plenty of room, great 8-seat square dining table for dinners and games each night. Real close to the beach and easy access to all kinds of restaurants and California Beach vibe. The front patio with gas fire table was a great place to gather as well. I would highly recommend bringing your family and friends to this spot!

Was a family vacation for 6 adults. The house had a perfect location! It was four houses from the beach. The kitchen had everything we needed for dinner even a bbq. It was so helpful to borrow the beach chairs for the quick walk to the beach. The house was clean and spacious. Will visit again!

Perfect location!! Right across from the beach, use the crosswalk and you’re there! The house was just as advertised! Clean, fully loaded with beach chairs, boogie boards, and tons of beach towels. It also came with an extra air mattress (full size), extra beddings, pillows, and clean towels!! Everything functioned as it should, and there are clear, detailed instructions with pictures throughout the house. What I love most is the rooftop with the fireplace and seating to hang out and take in the ocean’s breeze. A plus was that the host didn’t ask us to strip the beddings and start the laundry like the others. We simply cleaned up our mess and started the dishwasher before we left. One thing I wish were better is that the pull-out mattress needed to be upgraded, as the normal wear and tear of the mattress had no support. Definitely will book again!! :) Thank you for all the effort and care you’ve put into this property to ensure we have a comfortable stay.

The best feature of the house is its location. Close to the beach, pier, restaurants. The house itself is beautifully appointed and very clean. The kitchen is well equipped if you want to prepare a meal. The first night we encountered rain and strong wind causing gates and patio furniture slamming around making a lot of noise interfering our sleep. A phone call to Milan the next morning and everything was promptly taken care of. Thank you for a smooth and pleasant stay. Highly recommended.

The location is a skip away from the beach, walking distance to bars and restaurants. The photos of the home are accurate representations of the property. No hiccups with check in or check out. The only less than perfect aspect is that you definitely want to wear your shoes while you’re in the home - as the floors were incredibly dirty and our feet were black the first night after walking around barefoot. The rest of the house was incredibly tidy.

We had such a great stay! The house was beautiful, spotless, and exactly as described. Instructions from the host were super clear and easy to follow. Any time I had a question or needed clarification, Mailan responded right away and was so helpful. I hosted my graduation party here, and my friends and family had the best time. It was the perfect space to celebrate such a special milestone. Highly recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful beach house. The location was perfect. Easy walking distance to all the shops and restaurants on Main St. The home was spotless and the beds were all very comfortable. We only wish we could have stayed longer. Mailan is a great host and we hope to come back soon!

We rented Mailan’s house for the weekend of my wedding. There were 4 couples and one single person that stayed in the house. There was plenty of room for all of us! My 5 bridesmaids and myself all got ready on the 3rd floor. It was a great spot! It has access to the rooftop, a bathroom, and a balcony so it was the perfect indoor outdoor/open space for all of us. The house was very clean. Check in was easy. Mailan was even kind enough to let us check in early since the house was ready.There was plenty of parking for all 5 cars. Mailan even provided us with K-Cups to get us started with the Kuerig. I accidentally left my diamond necklace at the house and Mailan was so kind to go and look for it for me! I was so sad I thought I lost it, but she scoured the house for me and found it on the floor under the curtain!! She even took the time to go to the post office and mail it to me! I am forever grateful. Mailan was a pleasure to rent from. her house is spacious, clean, beautiful, and in a great location! I definitely recommend this house and would rent it again in the future

Cannot tell you how awesome this place is. Every bed room had a very nice bathroom. The decks are amazing and the top deck is beyond amazing - a view of the beach and surfers and a perfect pace to have a meal or just hang out. Loved having Sancho’s (best burritos in HB) and 602 coffee right next door. Super close to the pier and all restaurants and bars. So nice also to be able to run on the beach or boardwalk since they are about 100 feet away. Overall, amazing place and we will be back!

Loved having Sancho’s (best burritos in HB) and 602 coffee right next door. Super close to the pier and all restaurants and bars. So nice also to be able to run on the beach or boardwalk since they are about 100 feet away. Overall, amazing place and we will be back!

Beautiful house right next to the beach, not to mention very close to multiple restaurants and convenience stores. We loved the roof and 3 fire places as well as the multiple balconies and patio. We were surprised that there was a cooler and beach chairs available which really helped make out stay. My only suggestion would be to have more pillows with different levels of firmness for different sleepers. Awesome place. Would definitely stay again!

It starts with a WOW! It's a beautiful home with all the extras. From the master suite, you have a fantastic view of the pier—a perfect fit for families with three floors for privacy or couples that want to enjoy the spacious Master suite. We loved the close proximity to shops and great coffee and breakfast two doors down. Mailan was very kind and responsive. We will be back next summer!

What a great trip! The house worked perfect for our group of eight adults and one two year-old. Plenty of room, great 8-seat square dining table for dinners and games each night. Real close to the beach and easy access to all kinds of restaurants and California Beach vibe. The front patio with gas fire table was a great place to gather as well. I would highly recommend bringing your family and friends to this spot!

This house was perfect for our needs. We have a large family and there was room to spread out. The location and views were amazing. My family who live in Huntington Beach were able walk over or drive a short distance to get to us. We got together for group dinners and enjoyed each other’s company. We had a wonderful time and will be back.

Perfect location!! Right across from the beach, use the crosswalk and you’re there! The house was just as advertised! Clean, fully loaded with beach chairs, boogie boards, and tons of beach towels. It also came with an extra air mattress (full size), extra beddings, pillows, and clean towels!! Everything functioned as it should, and there are clear, detailed instructions with pictures throughout the house. What I love most is the rooftop with the fireplace and seating to hang out and take in the ocean’s breeze. A plus was that the host didn’t ask us to strip the beddings and start the laundry like the others. We simply cleaned up our mess and started the dishwasher before we left. One thing I wish were better is that the pull-out mattress needed to be upgraded, as the normal wear and tear of the mattress had no support. Definitely will book again!! :) Thank you for all the effort and care you’ve put into this property to ensure we have a comfortable stay.

We rented Mailan’s house for the weekend of my wedding. There were 4 couples and one single person that stayed in the house. There was plenty of room for all of us! My 5 bridesmaids and myself all got ready on the 3rd floor. It was a great spot! It has access to the rooftop, a bathroom, and a balcony so it was the perfect indoor outdoor/open space for all of us. The house was very clean. Check in was easy. Mailan was even kind enough to let us check in early since the house was ready.There was plenty of parking for all 5 cars. Mailan even provided us with K-Cups to get us started with the Kuerig. I accidentally left my diamond necklace at the house and Mailan was so kind to go and look for it for me! I was so sad I thought I lost it, but she scoured the house for me and found it on the floor under the curtain!! She even took the time to go to the post office and mail it to me! I am forever grateful. Mailan was a pleasure to rent from. her house is spacious, clean, beautiful, and in a great location! I definitely recommend this house and would rent it again in the future

We had such a great stay! The house was beautiful, spotless, and exactly as described. Instructions from the host were super clear and easy to follow. Any time I had a question or needed clarification, Mailan responded right away and was so helpful. I hosted my graduation party here, and my friends and family had the best time. It was the perfect space to celebrate such a special milestone. Highly recommend!

This home is one of the closest houses to the beach, restaurants & shops! Steps away from Sanchos, 602Coffee house and Angry Al’s. The food did not disappoint. The front courtyard was adorable and our family enjoyed sitting there with the fire pit in the evening. The house was so clean and spacious. Loved that we had a washer and dryer available to wash our clothes and towels when needed. The garage was clean and they also have ample parking behind the garage. They have several beach chairs and boogie boards for use. Also, a huge dining room table! This home is perfect for a large family. Wi-fi worked perfectly for all of us. Which is great because my husband had to work from the home and he didn’t have any issues. A few nights we walked around Main Street which is one block away and my husband and I enjoyed waking up early and taking a walk along the coast. The host was quick to reply and was super helpful!! Location, location, location. This is a great spot and Mailan was a great host - responsive, easy to communicate with!! It was nice that the house was well-equipped with kitchen and bathroom essentials. The beach chairs were great! It would be a bonus to have a couple of bikes on site. A few house updates/improvements would make it a 5-star.

10-15 steps from the beach .. a hop a skip a jump from the pier and lots of great eating places, this will be our go to home. Mailan is a responsive host and pays attention to concerns, and addresses issues/questions asap. We were a party of 9 and did not feel like we were fighting for space or bathrooms. Plenty of towels for everything! We will be back!

Cannot tell you how awesome this place is. Every bed room had a very nice bathroom. The decks are amazing and the top deck is beyond amazing - a view of the beach and surfers and a perfect pace to have a meal or just hang out. This property is great! We had a group of six in this house and a group of six in a nearby house but staged mostly out of this house. There was plenty of room for everyone. Great Location, easy walk downtown, close to everything. You won't be disappointed!

Was a family vacation for 6 adults. The house had a perfect location! It was four houses from the beach. The kitchen had everything we needed for dinner even a bbq. It was so helpful to borrow the beach chairs for the quick walk to the beach. The house was clean and spacious. Will visit again!

We had a family gathering in Huntington Beach and this home was our meeting place. It was very close to the beach and the pier, as well as a wonderful coffee shop less than a block away. The house was immaculate and had a wonderful kitchen and a nice dining area. The sleeping arrangements were nice, with several comfortable beds. Oh and I forgot to mention the lovely master bathroom complete with a Roman tub as well as a steam sauna/shower. Exquisite!! Hopefully, we can return in the future and enjoy another lovely stay. Thank you, M!!

What I love most is the rooftop with the fireplace and seating to hang out and take in the ocean’s breeze. A plus was that the host didn’t ask us to strip the beddings and start the laundry like the others. We simply cleaned up our mess and started the dishwasher before we left. One thing I wish were better is that the pull-out mattress needed to be upgraded, as the normal wear and tear of the mattress had no support. Definitely will book again!! :) Thank you for all the effort and care you’ve put into this property to ensure we have a comfortable stay.
Perfect location!! Right across from the beach, use the crosswalk and you’re there! The house was just as advertised! Clean, fully loaded with beach chairs, boogie boards, and tons of beach towels. It also came with an extra air mattress (full size), extra beddings, pillows, and clean towels!! Everything functioned as it should, and there are clear, detailed instructions with pictures throughout the house. A beautiful house and great location . The host, Mailan was very helpful and accommodating.The views are spectacular from many areas of the house. There was easy parking access for 3 cars. Also lots of shopping and restaurants. Thank you Milan

The house is beautiful and clean, have everything that you need for a daily life. Location is perfect, walking distance to the beach, shops, restaurants and bars. Plenty of parking inside and outside of garage up to 4 or 5 cars. This house have a lot of stairs, not recommend for elderly or people with wheelchair. Mailan is the host. She is great. She is responded to my question very quickly. My family was very happy with our stay and will recommend to our friends. Thanks to Mailan.

We will be back. The house was beautiful, clean, comfy, spacious and you can't get a more perfect location. Close to EVERYTHING.....including coffee shop and Sancho's Tacos right next door, CVS across the street...and you're only a few steps to Mainstreet and the Beach/Pier. I can't stress enough how important location is and ensuring you can walk comfortably everywhere....and this is it! Additionally, the house was even more spacious than I could tell from the pictures and stocked with everything you need. It accommodates larger groups comfortably. The outdoor patio/firepit and views from the balconies and rooftop area are a bonus! Mailin made the whole process seamless and easy, start to finish, and answered all questions immediately. We love visiting Huntington Beach and have stayed in many properties there.....I found a new favorite! Highly recommend! A true GEM! :) Kelli

The property was as advertised- great location, plenty of space inside and the parking spots are ideal. Host was easy to communicate with- although we had no issues. Beach chairs and plenty of towels for the quick walk across the street to the sand. Kitchen stocked with everything we needed- overall a great stay and would rent this one again!

We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely rent it again. The location couldn't have been better—just a one-minute walk to the beach and within easy walking distance of shops and restaurants. Parking was plentiful, which made things especially convenient for our group.The house was spotless, spacious, and incredibly well stocked. The kitchen had everything we could possibly need, and the entire home was thoughtfully equipped for guests. There was plenty of room for our large group to spread out and relax comfortably.One of our favorite features was the outdoor living space. The patios were all fantastic. We spent the evenings having drinks around the front fireplace feature. The rooftop patio has a view of the ocean. The host was excellent—easy to communicate with and always quick to respond to any questions. Overall, this property exceeded our expectations in every way. Highly recommend!
