Everything in this property is accurately listed. It’s very close (10 min or less) to the waterfront, SD zoo and Petco park. The house was clean on arrival. We had plenty of towels for showers. Cooking was easy. All of the appliances were new and they leave coffee to be used in the coffee maker which was a very nice touch and unexpected!!! Manny not only responded immediately to inquires but also checked in via email frequently. We stay in VRBOs often and we had a very pleasant experience! These are not negatives but sharing for others that may rent. Parking is free and on the street. We never had a problem finding a spot but it was not always right next to the property. We only had 1 vehicle so it was very easy for us. We hit Mixed Grounds Coffee about .8 miles away and had excellent coffee and açaí bowls. Would 100% recommend this property to a families or groups of adults.
