House is perfectly situated with easy access to beaches, downtown Sarasota, St. Armands Circle and Longboat Key! VERY clean and very nicely decorated. Open floor plan, full kitchen, W/D, Smart TV's. Communication with owners was always quick and professional. GREAT VALUE!!

Very spacious and updated home. Kitchen was large and well-equipped. Great Location near Southside Village and close to downtown too. Highly recommend.
