House was super cute and just as shown in photos. We had 6 guests and utilized the sleeper sofa and provided air mattress. Be sure to bring sheets for air mattress if you’re planning on using it. It was great to have some food available after getting in late. Location was perfect - easy walk to fun places to eat and shop. Loved it!

I really enjoyed my stay here for a week while attending a conference at USU. Mason has done a beautiful job making the place very comfortable, and providing lots of little amenities. The bed is super comfortable, central A/C and heat works great, and there's a good kitchen. While there isn't a ton of cooking equipment, there is everything you need for whipping up basic meals. They also have generously stocked the fridge and pantry with eggs, milk, creamer, cereal, coffee, microwave popcorn and even a couple packages of ramen in case you're starving and can't get to the store! I really appreciated that. The location is great if you want to explore the little downtown area. I was there without a car and was able to walk to the grocery store and liquor store in less than 10 minutes. There's a great little coffee shop one block away, and a fabulous Italian restaurant literally directly across the street (Le Nonne). If you are going to USU, it's a bit of a hike on foot since it is up two steep hills, but it's a very beautiful 30-40 min walk! There is also a bus about 5 minutes walk from the apartment that takes you to USU super quick (and it's free). One note from late June 2023: there is a new house being built on the property directly behind this unit, and the construction started at 6:45am every day including Saturdays. Hopefully that will be done soon, you might want to ask the owners about that if you are hoping to sleep in during your time there.

This was such a cute place to stay for our overnight in Logan. It has wonderful natural lighting and we loved the farm fresh eggs for breakfast! The outside area with the hammock was lovely for relaxing. Highly recommend this cute Farmhouse!

Great place with responsive hosts! Small 1-bd with sofa bed okay for 2 people but can’t imagine more being comfortable. Tiny bathroom is well stocked. Eggs and cereal were a nice touch! Convenient location behind the Yellow House. There is another unit attached to this one, and while we could hear chatting and laughter, it was not a problem for these two light sleepers.

The property was clean and met my expectations. There were fresh eggs in the fridge and milk for the cereal, that was nice. The location is great—very walkable to shops and restaurants. I would rent again!

Loved this little quaint stay in Logan. It was a bit confusing at first because I didn't know there were actually two listings in this one back-house - the entrance to this specific one is hidden in the back behind a door. The host was very responsive when I had questions, so I was grateful for that. Unfortunately, due to there being two listings in one building - the other group (half a dozen or so of all ladies) was SO LOUD all night and then again in the morning. The walls are super thin so I heard everything the entire time. The parking was very tight as well as the other group had multiple cars. The host went to great efforts making this stay super comfortable with all the amenities other than that - I hope to stay here again when I'm needed in Logan.

Very nice when you come in. Spacios for one person or a couple. Could use some hooks in the hallway for coats and a corner bench.Bathroom a little wonky. Im over 6' tall and the mirror hung at about 4ft.One review Iread talked about the noise from the other unit. Didnt think it would be an issue.But it was, definitely need to work on sound proofing between the two units.Heater worked great, bed was comfortable, price was good.

We really enjoyed staying at the Cozy Farmhouse Suite. It had everything we could want, especially the location. I highly recommend. If you're a light sleeper, you may wake up to the people next door so bring earplugs/white noise machine.

Came to visit family who have recently moved to town. Perfect location to the views of the Logan temple and downtown amenities that are easily accessed by walking. Just the right size for two individuals, possibly four. Only concern was the bathroom is quite small. We will definitely stay here again!

Came to visit family and loved our first stay at this location that we booked it again. We had to reach out to the host regarding a bum battery in the ceiling fan/light remote and they were there within 15-20 minutes. Great service, darling farmhouse feel and cozy. This will definitely be our summer stay location when in Logan!

The property was clean and met my expectations. There were fresh eggs in the fridge and milk for the cereal, that was nice. The location is great—very walkable to shops and restaurants. I would rent again!

Came to visit family who have recently moved to town. Perfect location to the views of the Logan temple and downtown amenities that are easily accessed by walking. Just the right size for two individuals, possibly four. Only concern was the bathroom is quite small. We will definitely stay here again!

Loved it. Clean. Thoughtfully-furnished. Easy to check in and out. Basic breakfast options were a really nice touch. I was there by myself and it was perfect for that!

House was super cute and just as shown in photos. We had 6 guests and utilized the sleeper sofa and provided air mattress. Be sure to bring sheets for air mattress if you’re planning on using it. It was great to have some food available after getting in late. Location was perfect - easy walk to fun places to eat and shop. Loved it!

I really enjoyed my stay here for a week while attending a conference at USU. Mason has done a beautiful job making the place very comfortable, and providing lots of little amenities. The bed is super comfortable, central A/C and heat works great, and there's a good kitchen. While there isn't a ton of cooking equipment, there is everything you need for whipping up basic meals. They also have generously stocked the fridge and pantry with eggs, milk, creamer, cereal, coffee, microwave popcorn and even a couple packages of ramen in case you're starving and can't get to the store! I really appreciated that. The location is great if you want to explore the little downtown area. I was there without a car and was able to walk to the grocery store and liquor store in less than 10 minutes. There's a great little coffee shop one block away, and a fabulous Italian restaurant literally directly across the street (Le Nonne). If you are going to USU, it's a bit of a hike on foot since it is up two steep hills, but it's a very beautiful 30-40 min walk! There is also a bus about 5 minutes walk from the apartment that takes you to USU super quick (and it's free). One note from late June 2023: there is a new house being built on the property directly behind this unit, and the construction started at 6:45am every day including Saturdays. Hopefully that will be done soon, you might want to ask the owners about that if you are hoping to sleep in during your time there.

This was such a cute place to stay for our overnight in Logan. It has wonderful natural lighting and we loved the farm fresh eggs for breakfast! The outside area with the hammock was lovely for relaxing. Highly recommend this cute Farmhouse!

Great place with responsive hosts! Small 1-bd with sofa bed okay for 2 people but can’t imagine more being comfortable. Tiny bathroom is well stocked. Eggs and cereal were a nice touch! Convenient location behind the Yellow House. There is another unit attached to this one, and while we could hear chatting and laughter, it was not a problem for these two light sleepers.

This cute, modern take on a farmhouse is in a great location for walking to places of interest and good restaurants in Logan. The farm fresh eggs, bottled water, and chocolate treat provided by the hosts were unexpected and very much appreciated.

It was quite, clean and just a cute, cozy property. The owner had the kitchen stocked for breakfast and he was really easy to work with. The Autumn colors were really showing off in the area. Such a wonderful stay.

Super cute, clean place. Was perfect for a weekend stay. Bedding was comfortable. Plenty of pillows and blankets. Quiet neighborhood. It even had cereal and oatmeal for breakfast. Definitely recommend!

Little hard to find but the. Location was very convenient for our needs. The unit was clean. They had turned on the air conditioner so it was nice and cool when we arrived. They had eggs, milk, waters in the refrigerator and popcorn and ramen in a drawer. The pull out bed was a little wanting but worked. I couldn’t figure out how to turn on the fan in the main bedroom so go a little warm during the night. I should have texted the owner for help but didn’t. The did have blackout curtains which was nice since we went to bed early due to needing to be up and out early.Would definitely stay again.

A perfect vacation rental. Big enough for all your needs. Comfortable bed to sleep in and couch to sit on. Bathroom was small but adequate. Kitchen was stocked with anything you may need- cereal, sweetener, milk, eggs, water! I would definitely stay here again. A little difficult for us to find but the owners FaceTime us and walked us into the parking lot. Real service! Thanks guys!

Breakfast had some eggs & oatmeal no fresh fruit. There were no dish towels or dish rack to dry dishes. I would probably try to clean the couch cushions they were very stained & dirty looking. They do zipper so it would not be hard to do.It was fair quiet & a little secluded from the Main Street which was nice. I would recommend & would stay again. The host was very responsive which was appreciated.
