We stayed one night at basecamp lodge. The room was clean and specious. I don't see any staff during stay (self check-in) but it was perfect for the short stay.

Location is ideal and everything about the lodge was so practical! The space / the amenities everything is in miniature form but very useful and very convenient! Would definitely recommend!

The room was tiny but had all that I needed to be comfortable for my stay. The facility is very well maintained and everything in my room was in good working order. The shared outside grounds are inviting and there’s a view of Mount Shasta. The hotel was very prompt in messaging a response to my question upon arrival. All in all, I was very pleased with my stay there.

Overall great stay! Only complaint is the window coverings, they give you privacy but do not block the sunlight at all. If you want to sleep past 8 am you should bring a sleep mask otherwise the room will be filled with light. A small investment in black out drapes would make a world of difference.
