In good condition.Good kitchen, tvs already logged in so I didn't need to log inBring sandals/slippers as they ask for no shoes and the unfinished basement was pretty coldWall heater remote controls were not intuitive or we just were bad at using them but they didn't seem to turn on till day 2 which made for a very cold first night. Also not sure if the ceiling heaters are a PNE thing but we had never experienced them before so we didn't get them on till day 2Good thing they had many extra blankets.Quiet neighborhood. Near the freeway and bridge

This house is in a perfect quiet location.Kitchen is fully stocked for any cooking you may choose to do.There are 3 bathrooms, with great hot water and good water pressure. The bedrooms are spacious with three being upstairs and one downstairs.Game room, workout room are a nice added bonus.Great privacy from the next door neighbors. We would stay here again!

Overall, we'd likely seek other Portland accommodations or a hotel due to the extra effort this rental required. The property had a "renovated flip" or "open house" vibe with inexpensive furnishings, not a welcoming home. The "luxury homes" real estate sign greeting you at the driveway exacerbated this.Upon arrival, we found ants on kitchen counters/sink, and later in the master bath/bedroom. After about 20 hours, the owner asked us to buy ant spray (reimbursed), a significant inconvenience as we had food for cooking and we had booked schedules.Photos were a bit deceiving. Omitted were an unfinished concrete room (mold, spiders) and an unfinished garage walkthrough to access the bottom rooms. Walls/floors were thin with poor sound isolation. We noted ceiling stains, unpatched holes, chipped flooring, paint/sealant on tile, crooked plumbing, in-room drain cleanouts, and a screw in the driveway—all signs of hasty work. Bathroom amenities were empty/diluted with water, forcing us to buy our own. Furniture quality was dorm/IKEA level.Positives: The location was convenient for Portland/Vancouver and felt safe. The host did reimburse for the ant spray, and we did not find any other infestation issues like bed bugs. However, the numerous issues made our stay stressful. Luckily we were very busy and out and about for most of the trip.

Had a great stay at this place with our family. The big kitchen made it easy for us all to cook together and it was well sticked with the things you always forget to buy when traveling. The Rec room was super nice and we spent a lot of time playing in there. Overall a great stay and we'd definitely rent this place again!

The house was beautiful and well-equipped. We loved the location. It was the ideal place for our group of 8.
