Luxury Manor on Mulberry in the heart of Downtown Lanc

The property was comfortable and the neighborhood was nice and quiet and in close proximity to the market and downtown area. However, the kitchen has a serious bug (ants) problem and there are ants everywhere so that issue needs to resolved immediately and for that reason I cannot give the place higher than a “3” rating. And the parking is a problem as well. The information received from the the contact says to park on the street out front yet when we did we received two $25.00 tickets. Would have been nice to receive a better warning and explanation regarding parking.

We had a great and comfortable stay. There was room for our 3 young children and a separate room for our infant who is a lighter sleeper, and an additional room for us adults! The host was excellent; when we couldn't find a certain supply, he was quick to respond to try to help and when he couldn't from afar, he came out at night (within a short time of the initial message) to deliver the supply to us! And the park in the back of the house was an additional bonus! Thank you for a great stay!

For Christmas this year our family decided on long weekend to enjoy the gifts of one another vs material gifts. I found this house upon searching for homes in Lancaster that were pet friendly. I never knew of or considered downtown Lancaster before but upon some research it seemed perfect for our party that included my sister and her husband, our mom & dad, my husband and our 3 children ages 6, 10, & 12, & 2 pups. The home was absolutely adorable. We knew going into it it was really for 8 but are so gracious the owners allowed us to bring 9. It’s hard finding nice places that are dog friendly for that many people. Luckily 3 of ours are tiny. Our kids loved the top room with 3 twin beds & my sister and brother in law didn’t mind sleeping on the pull out sofa - it was a squeeze but we made it work! The area outside the back fence meets up with a grassy area & playground which was perfect for the kids & taking the dogs potty. The house has everything we needed for a weekend away. Bath & kitchen products were included. The decor is simple, modern, & lovely. Parking on the street was easy. We were able to walk to & enjoy all things downtown. I had no idea how charming downtown Lanc was! It’s our new favorite & was so beautiful at Christmas time. We saw a show at Sight and Sound Museum which was about 20-25 minutes away. The check out protocol was so simple. We are already planning another trip. The hosts were wonderful & have really made a special place for guests to enjoy!

This was our 4th time staying at The Manor on Mulberry. The house meets our needs. Clean and well appointed. This stay we were greeted with new floors and furniture on the main floor. Justin has answered my requests and this property has been our home away from home when we are visiting our family in Lancaster. When we stay with our dog, we love the park around the corner. We walked to the Central Market and found the neighborhood full of great restaurants and coffee shops.

Townhouse was in an excellent location. It was very clean and had everything w e needed for our 2 night stay. Our 2 dogs were with us so the small fenced in yard and park behind was very appreciated.

We stayed two nights in this spacious and cozy city gem. Comfortable furniture and beds. Open living/kitchen space excellent for our family meals and conversation. Street parking was easy and there was always a spot close - usually directly in front . Street is quiet at night. Parking is free without tickets Wednesday- Sundays just check posted signs for which side has street cleaning on Monday/Tuesday . Would stay again and recommend- as advertised. - walked 5 minutes to our new favorite restaurant LUCA.

We managed just fine. No problem in parking on the street and we had 4 cars for half a day. I think I would cover all the floors with pressed hardwood. I have never seen a stairway that narrow but that is probably common in row houses. There's not much you can do about the stairs, however.

This property was perfect for us and our dog during the time we attended the Lancaster Archery Classic. We loved the master bath amenities. We found the parking to be easy, and we really enjoyed walking down the street to have drinks and a nice dinner at a nearby boutique hotel.

Condo was beautiful! Tastefully decorated and comfortable. Well stocked for a few day stay. On street parking was available. Neighborhood a little loud at night.

We spent a week at Mulberry Manor. We loved the location which was in a neighborhood with easy street parking, easy walk to restaurants and a lovely park to take our dog for a walk. We loved the well equipped kitchen and open layout. We’ve booked another stay in the Spring and hope to take advantage of the outdoor space.

One word: exceptional. It was absolutely clean, loaded with new/modern amenities and tastefully appointed to keep that old school charm. Plenty of room for a small group to gather and socialize with two hotel quality bedrooms and bathrooms on the second floor. A lovely kitchen stocked with everything you’d need to prepare a family meal. The 3rd floor loft makes for a perfect as a kids retreat (with a large public playground steps away from the backyard if they need to burn off some energy. Location can’t be beat. Easily in walking distance to the baseball stadium, F&M College, some nice local restaurants/eateries and downtown action is a brief walk or a short Uber ride away. It was everything we needed for a reunion and then some. And you won’t find nicer, more communicative hosts who give you all the info you need in advance from check in to check out and are quick to respond if you have any questions. We will definitely stay here again and if you’re coming to visit in Lancaster, you should too. 6 stars out of 5!

The property was as advertised. Very clean, efficient and located so that visiting the Lancaster area and tourist attractions was very easy. We would look to stay again.

Townhome was clean and close to restaurants and shops in downtown Lancaster. House was tastefully renovated. Good supply of linens, paper products and cleaning supplies. Home was about 10-15 minutes from Dutch Wonderland which was the reason for our visit.

My family of 6 ( all adults) stayed this weekend to attend a wedding for my son’s best friend in Lancaster. The property was very clean and we all fit very comfortably. The house has so much charm! We love the modern style along side the exposed brick and rustic hardwood floors. Many restaurants and bars right within walking distance. We would absolutely recommend this property and would stay again if we come out to visit the happy couple!

Property management communicated clearly, house was clean, location was great—central to lots of things in and around Lancaster—and walkable to great restaurants.

Overall it’s a nice property. It’s geared more for the younger generation and family who does not mind climbing stairs. It’s really nice inside and quite a few amenities provided. The only thing I can say is maybe a little more attention to pest control.

Beautiful upgraded entertainment home. Kitchen and Bathrooms modern and spacious. Would definitely stay here again. Would love to have more hangers, rods in the closets. Nice to be able to walk to downtown Lancaster in about 20 minutes.

Overnight for funeral I just recalled the room where my son and daughter in law slept the bed was uncomfortable. Other than that lovely.

Had one very minor issue when we arrived that I texted him about late Saturday and he came and took care of it on Sunday. Every time I contacted him, he immediately responded. Very spacious and comfortable.

One word: exceptional. It was absolutely clean, loaded with new/modern amenities and tastefully appointed to keep that old school charm. Plenty of room for a small group to gather and socialize with two hotel quality bedrooms and bathrooms on the second floor. A lovely kitchen stocked with everything you’d need to prepare a family meal. The 3rd floor loft makes for a perfect as a kids retreat (with a large public playground steps away from the backyard if they need to burn off some energy. Location can’t be beat. Easily in walking distance to the baseball stadium, F&M College, some nice local restaurants/eateries and downtown action is a brief walk or a short Uber ride away. It was everything we needed for a reunion and then some.
