Convenient location, friendly staff and ample parking. The room was nice and we had a spa bath which was lovely. We didn't use the pool during our stay but it's nice to have available.

The property is ok, but was not worth the price you pay for it. The room was clean and modern, although we had no view, we asked for a truffle bed to be put up and it was the base of another bed, which was impossible to sleep on. The “facilities” that are provided is a old washing machine that dyed all of our washing blue (we had no blue items of clothing in the wash) and the pool was closed. Not what we expected for a place that costs and advertises itself like it does. Bellevue on the Lakes disappointed.

There were some stains on the furniture and sheets in our room plus the bathroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned properly prior to our arrival. Those were the only negatives. The room was otherwise clean and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpfull, and the heated pool was a boon in bad weather.

Five night stay. Our unit was above the restaurant. From 7am until about 3pm there was a constant thump ,thump thump. WE notified reception of the problem. No idear of the cause and said someone would visit the unit to ascertain the problem. no one came. Complained again next day but it fell on deaf ears. My wife visited the restaurant and ascertained the cause immediately. It was the barista emptying used coffee grounds by banging against a bin. The problem was not resolved my management by the time we departed. Cleanliness needs to be addressed. Used band aids and tissues left in room.

WI FI is poor and slow, Hotels.Com website states the rooms are soundproof, this isn't the case. The rooms are poorly furnished no desk or dining table inside the room. The bed is comfortable, room is clean and the hotel is well situated in town.

Location was good with plenty of parking, close to amenities, shopping and dining options. We had a two bedroom apartment during our stay and while spacious, clean and comfortable beds there are a few issues. Shower is in the bath and water leaks onto the floor no matter how you try to avoid it. As such the floor gets slippery and it is obviously an issue because the door framework next to the bath is rotten at the base. Decor is a bit tired with the leather lounges showing long term “wear”. Entertainment is not a smart TV so if travelling with children you will not be able to sign in to favourite streaming apps for them to relax during the evening. WIFI is complimentary however is very intermittent and was constantly unavailable so foo ok not rely on its use if required. Other than that the staff was friendly and helpful. Overall we enjoyed our stay but it could’ve been a better experience.

The apartment was neat and clean but it was very noisy because of the traffic. The shower lacked a soap holder. We could not open the blinds in the bedroom close to the staircases because neighbours could see right into our room, thus a lack of privacy. The view on the lake was just magnificent. Triple glazed windows would solve the noise problem and double blinds would give privacy during the day.

The location was good the tv did not work the room we stuffy no fresh air no windows the shower was terrible we had a spa room with spa but no bath salts or anything to put in the spa so we did not use it the view from the main window was good but the window fogged up I would not recommend this property and it was over priced for what it was

Good location,staff and customer service was very good. While saying that the room we stayed in required maintenance and because it has been let go, it will cost them alot to fix or remodel. Wasnt horrible but needs reinvestment.

The hotel itself was quite nice & bed was comfy. But the Wifi was shocking ( so much for it saying it has Wifi thats a joke when it dosent connect properly. Also our room wasn't serviced which was annoying to come back too . Very dissappointed that when i raised these concerns with the Hotel & they told me someone would be in contact with me & i haven't heard a thing from them.

Patti from reception was exceptionally rude and condescending. Got a deluxe 2 bedroom apartment.. no lake view at all.. was told i was getting a king bed and a twin single beds .. but got a king bed and a bunk bed... felt i paid extra for a deluxe 2 bedroom when i didnt get it.... wont be back again to this place...

Had a spa room with Lake views. The room and those around it was not connected to the main motel so had to walk down a lane way to get to your rooms. Had to walk past staff sitting on milk crates smoking, several times. You had to walk up outside stairs to get to room. No lift. Wouldn’t recommend for people with ambulatory issues. You were asked to empty your own rubbish bin/bag into the outside bins when you left. Wouldn’t stay here again. Not value for money.

I received a sms message from Bellevue on the lakes, before i went, it wanted alot of personal information, so i called them, the lady who answered the phone was rude and condescending. When i arrived on Monday, the lady the desk was very pleasant and helpful. In Wotif, it should note stairs and such for disabilities, i have no depth perception, so stairs are hard, with my belongings. The room was nice, clean. The bed needs the mattress changed, it dips down and uncomfortable, don't know where the pool was. The street noise for me was hard at night, but i'm a light sleeper.

Fantastic location, friendly staff, very clean property, comfortable bed, lots of extra little benefits such as toiletries, extra towels etc. The spa bath was a novelty but very nice. You felt safe and we had a beautiful view. The only slight disappointment was the lack of lifts. We were two young and healthy individuals so we honesty don't start looking at the description for 'access' on the website but half their rooms are on the first floor with no lift. Fine if you are fit and healthy and have an over the shoulder bag for a one night stay. We were staying one night but travelling Australia for 3 weeks so had two large heavy suitcases and it was quite a mission to get them up 18 steps. More information on this outside of the 'access' section of their website would have been useful when booking to request a ground floor room. Mentioned this in a very friendly way when exiting and reception staff seemed to get very defensive which is disappointing. I made it clear my recommendation was not to install lifts (that is not practical or cost effective) but to just give more information. I believe that the defensive tone is because this is not the first time it has been mentioned. I got a sharp 'it is on our website' but I booked via Expedia. I wonder if when allocating rooms, they may drop customers a line and let them know ahead of time to save an unnecessarily difficult experience or mention it on check in? Providing information is easy, free and an easy adjustment.

No idear of the cause and said someone would visit the unit to ascertain the problem. no one came. Complained again next day but it fell on deaf ears. My wife visited the restaurant and ascertained the cause immediately. It was the barista emptying used coffee grounds by banging against a bin. The problem was not resolved my management by the time we departed. Cleanliness needs to be addressed. Used band aids and tissues left in room.

Bellevue on the Lakes is the perfect place to stay when in Lakes Entrance. It is situated within walking distance to nearly everything and it is easy to park the car and just leave it during your stay. The rooms are comfortable and really well kept and facilities are fantastic, catering to all travellers. Checking in and out was a breeze. It was our second stay here and we will do so again next time we visit the area.

Bellevue on the Lakes is in a great location, our room had water views and was within walking distance of shops and restaurants. Staff were very friendly and we had a lovely breakfast at Albert and Co. Would definitely stay here again.

It was quiet clean, but the bathroom my children didnt like, as it was to small. When I booked the room, didnt realised there's no microwave, which was a pain for us. Not enough options for vegetarian.

Fantastic property on the water. Magnificent view which included sunset and sunrise. Comfortable king, luxurious spa. We didn't have breakfast but did have a coffee from downstairs and it was excellent. The food looked amazing too. Highly recommend.

Really enjoyed our stay at Bellevue Lakes Entrance! The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The boys absolutely loved the indoor pool, which was definitely a highlight! The staff were all really friendly and helpful, especially when we checked in and when we needed directions. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely come back again!

We had a 4 night stay at Bellevue in a 2 bed apartment. It was sufficient for what we needed. Beds were comfy! Assume each apartment is slightly different. We had number 8. There was enough to do simple cooking, but no oven trays. We found that the leather couches were not great and were very slippery and not that comfy to sit on. Also an issue in the over the bath shower, where the water leaked along the bath edge and onto the floor. Overall it was a pleasant stay and these small things did not take away from the overall feel and stay! We also used the pool which was great! Nice and warm and the spa was great too. Easy stroll into town. We would stay here again.
