Perfect location adjacent to downtown. Some would rely on great location for renting, but the proprietor didn't skimp the cleanliness, comfort, and acttractive design of the place. Would stay again.

It’s just north of downtown across the street from a low income residential development in an area that’s not well-lit, so some people might be uncomfortable walking at night. The home is a narrow townhome with a narrow patch of land in back, perfect for a group that plans to be about town more than staying on the property.

We stay here every time we visit Athens for special events like college visits and AllState Chorus. Even though the house is not large, there is plenty of room for us and our kids. The house is safe and within walking distance of coffee shops, the Classic Center, and UGA campus. We always have a good experience staying here.If I had to give one note, it would be that the king mattress in the main bedroom could be softer. :)
