Exclusive Apartment in Piazza Italia in Perugia

We just spent two wonderful weeks in Perugia and had the pleasure of staying in this apartment. It was all that we had hoped it would be. Once we were in Perugia we realized just what a wonderful location we had chosen which made all the difference in our experience. We were just a very short walk to Corso Vannucci where there always seemed to be something happening. Just walking up and down the street and taking in the liveliness of it all was wonderful. We had no shortage of lovely restaurants to chose from all within walking distance.From the apartment is was easy to access the escalators to the bus station as well as those for the Mini Metro to the train station. From there we were able to do day trips to Assisi, Spello, Spoleto and Gubbio.As for the apartment itself we found it met all of our needs. It was clean, modern and well thought out. We had ample storage room for clothes and belongings. The air conditioning worked well, and, combined with the bedroom fan, kept us comfortable despite some quite warm days. Other amenities like the dishwasher and washing machine also added to the comfort of our stay. Of importance to us was that we felt safe at all times, even when returning late in the evening. The Ring door access worked great.All communication with Martina, right from the beginning and throughout our stay was excellent. We felt that, if we were to have any issues, she would respond quickly to resolve them.We would not hesitate to stay again if we were to

The apartment is clean, beautifully designed, and comfortable. The location was perfect for experiencing the center and walking to work at the Università per Stranieri. There were some really hot days and the "penguin" air conditioner cooled the place well. We would come back again with no hesitation!
