Very convenient to beach and loved the complex. My 3 yo grandson loved the pool and playgrounds. The items left in shed to borrow were greatly appreciated. Biggest issue was keypad sensitivity and at times challenge to log in. Also noted fan in freezer very loud. Back porch was perfect for early morning bird watching. Thanks

We had a wonderful vacation last week at the condo. The neighborhood is lovely and people are very friendly! Easy to get to the Fenwick Island beach and Bethany Beach! Convenient location to grocery and restaurants, gym, yoga studio. We enjoyed the pool in the neighborhood as well! The condo itself was clean and cozy! We would like to come back next summer.

This is a beautiful condo, with a tranquil view, plenty of space and amenities (pool/tennis/basketball). It’s in a perfect location, and very close to Bethany and Ocean City. We had a few minor issues, but overall it is a great condo! Note to renters: You are required to bring your own bath towels, wash cloths and sheets/pillow cases for the beds. Also, the bedspreads and kitchen hand towels are provided. The condo is very clean and nicely decorated.

We had a beautiful 4 day stay at this super clean, beautifully redecorated condo. It’s 15 min to Bethany Beach, and 3 min from fenwick which was magical. Great restaurants near by. Food lion, Walgreens and a farmers market up the street. Neighborhood was safe, quiet and the condo is on a beautiful lake. Thank you again!

The ice maker was broken in the refrigerator, so it made a very loud noise often. Overall, the place didn't seem clean and it was very crowded in the bunkbed room.

Wonderful place to stay-the only shocking thing to me was that we had to bring our own sheets and towels. Never saw this in the original listing. When you are flying in from different parts of the country with a carryon-did not expect to have to think about sheets and towels that I found out about two days before we arrived. The unit was immaculate-location was perfect! I definitely would stay there again!

In the area for our grandson’s soccer tournament. The house at Mallard Lakes was in a perfect location for this event. The house was very comfortable and clean. We were very busy but carved out some time to sit on the back porch and enjoy the wildlife on the lakes. Great stay!

Came down for our family vacation this year with our 2 girls (7yo and 3yo). Convenient to beach and all that Delaware and Maryland have to offer. The house was so spacious (large bathroom, 2 showers in/out, large rooms, great patio, large living space downstairs), very clean, and in a very adorable community! The owners were quick to get in touch with me and helpful with everything! We highly recommend this place !

We had a beautiful 4 day stay at this super clean, beautifully redecorated condo. It’s 15 min to Bethany Beach, and 3 min from fenwick which was magical. Great restaurants near by. Food lion, Walgreens and a farmers market up the street. Neighborhood was safe, quiet and the condo is on a beautiful lake. Thank you again!

We had a wonderful vacation last week at the condo. The neighborhood is lovely and people are very friendly! Easy to get to the Fenwick Island beach and Bethany Beach! Convenient location to grocery and restaurants, gym, yoga studio. We enjoyed the pool in the neighborhood as well! The condo itself was clean and cozy! We would like to come back next summer.

My husband and I rented this property along with my mother for a weekend getaway. We had a wonderful time. The location is perfect for visiting various restaurants in the area and also for driving to the other nearby beach towns to explore. The condo was perfect! It’s very clean and comfortable; I would recommend staying here!!

Very clean and well-appointed. Beautiful view of the marsh and its wildlife from the screened-in porch. Nearby restaurants are great, especially FINS and The Lobster Shanty. Looking forward to next year!

This is a beautiful condo, with a tranquil view, plenty of space and amenities (pool/tennis/basketball). It’s in a perfect location, and very close to Bethany and Ocean City. We had a few minor issues, but overall it is a great condo! Note to renters: You are required to bring your own bath towels, wash cloths and sheets/pillow cases for the beds. Also, the bedspreads and kitchen hand towels are provided. The condo is very clean and nicely decorated.

The property is exactly as described - even better in person. Very clean. All of the furniture is comfortable and in great shape. Communication with the host was very easy. Property is in a great location for access to the beach. Pool and hot tub great size and lots of chairs. We would definitely rent again!

Place was very nice. Clean and has a lovely screened in porch to enjoy the view of the lake. We did not experience the pool or amenities since we went off season, but the pool and hot tub looked really nice. The only thing I can complain about is that in their listing they do not state that you need to bring your own linens and towels or pay for a service to provide them. I was not aware of this until they sent the information for check in. I did mention to owner but got no response, but otherwise a pleasant stay.

From the moment we arrived staying here was a great experience. Check in was easy. The condo was immaculate and decorated so nice. We traveled off season so the pools and tennis courts weren’t open yet. We walked the property a few times and the maintenance team was busy keeping things clean. We liked the area, centrally located with ease of going to Ocean City or Delaware Beaches Will be booking this little gem again.

Very convenient to beach and loved the complex. My 3 yo grandson loved the pool and playgrounds. The items left in shed to borrow were greatly appreciated. Biggest issue was keypad sensitivity and at times challenge to log in. Also noted fan in freezer very loud. Back porch was perfect for early morning bird watching. Thanks
