Home has plenty of space, 4 bedrooms are all good size and plenty of bathrooms in a nice gated area. however, the home doesn't have enough plates and dishes to accommodate the amount of beds/ people . Customer service was not great , had issues and called for help with no response. Beds and furniture are very cheap . Cheap pots and pans, dishes and utensils ect. made cooking very challenging , constantly needing to wash pot pans or dishes to complete a meal. no Tupperware to store food ect.Pool was nice, hot tub isn't hot. game area is nice , but again very cheap pool table, air hockey table ect .

This was one of the best houses we’ve stayed in around Disney. Plenty of room, great location, clean, plenty of supplies, we paid for pool heat and the pool was nice and warm everyday! We will definitely save this house for our future stays!

The pool and hot tub did not work. There was no propane tank for the grill. Came with the entire family and planned on using the pool and cooking out. Was unable to do so. Very few utensils. No pot holders.

We visited Orlando for a baseball tournament for my son. This home was perfect for our stay. Close to Disney with several grocery stores and dining options. The home was very clean and the pool was so refreshing after coming back after a long day in the sun. If we ever make our way back to Orlando we will definitely try to book here again.

Overall house was really good. Only reason for the rating is because the house needs better cleaning and some renovations. Towels and sheets must be replaced as they did not smell good.

The king size bed, sits on a queen box spring, on top of a California King bed frame…. So we were scared because the bed wasn’t sturdy at all. Also, we arrived on a Friday at 4pm, and the pool was filthy, and wasn’t cleaned for us until Saturday at noon. Since we were only staying two days, and booked this location primarily because of the pool, we were greatly disappointed. Also, I had to purchase toilet paper and paper towel from a local grocery store as there was NONE. 2 pool toys provided and they were filthy, so I bought some of those too. Overall, pretty disappointing considering price.

Beautiful house my family enjoyed the stay the only thing I had a problem with is thy had a lot of ants so don’t leave fruit out or it’s gone be the ants food but other than that beautiful home would come back

We wanted a nice clean house for a nice small get away and that's exactly what we got. The house is beautiful. Each room has its own Disney theme and we feel in love. Right from the entrance though the living room all the way to the upstairs bedroom. It was perfect. The themes in the rooms were not overpowering and in your face, it was just right. The house was very clean and neat. The pool was also very clean and nice. The "movie theater" was upstairs and it was the cherry on top because all the kids had a place to hang out. I would 100% recommend this house and I myself would love to stay there again. Thank you for everything.

Really loved the property, pool, hot tub. I had a question about the pool and it was immediately addressed. The rooms are nicely appointed and loved that extra blankets were available in all rooms. The area is nice and good restaurants and grocery stores are just a couple of minutes away. The traffic to Disney and Universal stinks, but not really anything one can do about that other than plan to leave early. Thanks!

3A 2C (6 AND 8) LOVED THE THEMED ROOMS, WORRY THE MONEY JUST FOR THAT. WE PAID FOR THE HEATED POOL AND BEST MONEY WE SPENT. HAD A HURRICANE CAT 1, DIDNT HEAR A THING IT WAS TRULY AMAZING, AND I AM TELLING EVERYONE WHO COMES TO THE AREA TO STAY HERE, AMAZING.

Beautiful home. A few hiccups. The game area for kids was gone, issues with pool and spa, manager was nice every time we messaged about it. Air quit working got that taken care of. We all had a fantastic time. We’ve stayed at plenty of these homes and this was the first one that had plenty of supplies on the kitchen. They do charge for property damage fee and I feel it should be refunded if there’s no damage.

Had one of the most memorable experiences with my loved ones the place was just perfect it really felt like home was very clean and decorated had lots of toys for my kids to have fun in and out of the pool.i loved the fact that it's very quiet around there and I love that I was able to contact some one if I needed anything they were very helpful nothing but perfect, and I will love to come back and book with you guys in the future thank you for making our vacation a great experience ❤

Really loved the property, pool, hot tub. I had a question about the pool and it was immediately addressed. The rooms are nicely appointed and loved that extra blankets were available in all rooms. The area is nice and good restaurants and grocery stores are just a couple of minutes away. The traffic to Disney and Universal stinks, but not really anything one can do about that other than plan to leave early. Thanks!

This was one of the best houses we’ve stayed in around Disney. Plenty of room, great location, clean, plenty of supplies, we paid for pool heat and the pool was nice and warm everyday! We will definitely save this house for our future stays!

We loved this property! It looked great, was nice and clean, and in a great location. We went to Orlando, Tampa, Kissimme, and Cape Canaveral. This property was central to those places.

We visited Orlando for a baseball tournament for my son. This home was perfect for our stay. Close to Disney with several grocery stores and dining options. The home was very clean and the pool was so refreshing after coming back after a long day in the sun. If we ever make our way back to Orlando we will definitely try to book here again.

Very nice house in secure neighborhood. Close to Disney and golf. Heated pool was great to have. Home is not stocked well with amenities like paper towel and toilet paper so may need to get your own.
