Sea View Monaco New Apartment 2 Beds with Balcony

Nous ne pouvons mettre plus de la moyenne bien que la situation ainsi que la décoration intérieure soient remarquables.il est anormal de louer un bien sans avertir que certains travaux intérieur ne soient pas terminer. (Photos a l appui) absence de lave vaisselle pourtant prévu dans l annonce , tuyauterie apparente de cuisine en cours d installation .tableau électrique apparent...Malgré l intervention d un technicien et du service de conciergerie réellement très disponible ,aucun des trois téléviseurs ne fonctionnent sauf apple pay,,,.tout cela ne peux permettre aujourd hui de mettre une note élevée.le tarif plutôt haut de gamme aurait était justifié, pour cette période de nouvel an, sans ces désordres intérieur.dommage,D autant que la communication par mail avec le propriétaire n a pas était des plus cordiales .nous amis ont eu la même impression.

the owner never responded. We were outside in the cold for over an hour because we took a taxi there. My 78 yr old aunt and uncle were so cold we left to another hotel we called Expedia and they couldn’t get a hold of the owners either. A horrible horrible experience Very disappointing

Beautiful property with tons of privacy. Pictures were 100% accurate. Quite a few steps down to Monte Carlo but not insurmountable.

We had a lovely time at this condo. The view is fantastic!! It is relatively easy to get an Uber into town but since it's right outside of Monaco city it's hard sometimes to get a taxi back (no ubers in Monaco city). There's a bus right by the condo as well. Highly recommend staying at this condo, the host was great as well.
