San Diego Beachfront House 60s to sand surf pier

Clean 3 bedroom condo with an ocean view. Beautiful large open concept kitchen/dining/living space where we hosted my son and his family who live locally. Plenty of beach chairs and towels, a short walk across the street to the beach. Beautiful sunset. Plenty to eat in walking distance. Imperial Beach in April is a dream, 60 degrees sunny and not too many people. Flat screen tv in all bedrooms. Weber grill on the balcony. Convenient trash bins across the alley. Plenty of cooking supplies in the kitchen. Stackable washer/dryer, walk in shower in master and tub in 2nd full bath. Everything was perfect. Hosts promptly responsive and friendly. The perfect hosts. Very grateful for this time together with my family and the memories we made on this trip. My son is stationed at Coronado and we have not seen him in more than a year. My younger kids met their niece for the first time. It was perfect. Of note, the ocean is not a place to swim as the bacteria levels can be high but this is information I already had before I booked. We don’t swim in the ocean so it’s fine for us. Those ocean views are unforgettable, walking the pier is fun and you get to meet the fisherman and their favorite pier birds. The little restaurant at the end of the pier is a gem. Will book again!!

We are frequent flyers at Mike’s place. Everything is always perfect and he is the easiest host to work with.

Michael is a great host. Answered all our questions very quickly. Property was just as advertized. great to have garage parking!!!

The location was wonderful (walking distance to beach) and the host very accommodating.

This is an awesome house with all the amenities you could need. It’s in a prime location by the pier as well as shops and restaurants all around. We will definitely do a longer stay at this property next time.
