New Smyrna Beach Cottage ~ 1 Mi to Downtown!

The cottage was spotless. Wonderfully curated. We wanted for nothing. Great host and location.

We loved our short stay here! Super clean and well decorated. They did a great job optimizing the space without making it feel overly cluttered. Location was also solid and the neighborhood was super quiet and peaceful.

We were very comfortable in the cottage. It’s convenient to everything and still away from the traffic so it’s quiet. The place was spotless and had plenty of everything you needed except the food. We would definitely stay here again if we were in the area.

We could not have asked for a better stay. We have stayed at MANY rentals and BnB's in New Smyrna both on and off the island and this cottage was my favorite! It is cozy, extremely well appointed, with a wonderfully comfortable bed and amazing shower! We walked to Botanical House Coffee Roasters in the mornings, lunched at Paco's Subs (not to be missed), and a wonderful view of the water is just around the corner. Canal Street is only a couple blocks away, but this beautiful oak and moss canopied quiet street seems a million miles away from any traffic or people. 5 stars!
