Phoenicia Retreat: Private Escape w/ Hot Tub.

5 adults, 2 kids, one dog. Had plenty of room. Beautiful weather and enjoyed the outdoor decks. Overall very comfortable for us.

Nice touch the bottle of wine for the guests! The only minor issue were the 2 bedrooms downstairs in the basement - not aired well prior to check-in: the musty smell went away after few hours of doors being open. maybe an air freshener will be good there too on a permanent bases even when rooms are not occupied. But both have direct access outside and the view is very nice.

The house is in a beautiful location, surrounded by trees on a lovely 4 acres. The screened in porch and the exercise room were nice additions. The house was a little too loved though - needs some maintenance such as tough to close doors, moldy shower curtains, and flooding evidence on blankets and musty smell in the basement. The instructions should include how to use the front door code system and labels on the light switches whose locations were very confusing. If you are looking for a cozy/home-y/lived-in house in the trees, this is a great choice for your large family.

Property was beautiful the house was nice and lots of areas to relax and have great game nights with the family. The house was equipped with everything we needed for the week absolutely perfect. The surrounding towns are beautiful with cute stores and lots of things to do in nature.

We were there to celebrate a wedding. The house was perfectly located to our venue. Beds were comfortable and house was clean. More towels would be nice. Dehumidifier in basement wasn’t working because it needed to be emptied. Smelled a little musty for a bit. Overall, a great place to stay! Thank you!
